I did see though that point one podiums are £105 with free international shipping until 31st December.

I use adv 2.25 with a 2.35 HR on the rear for trail centres and summer use. Minion up front for rooty looser stuff.

Advantage is far bigger than the HR.

I run flows with tubes as I am always swapping my front tyre. Minions are hard to get on but advantage and High rollers are easy to do.

Think I will go tubless on the rear soon though.

Or upgrade to an XT cassette as a minimum.

The std casette – pg950 i think ate my freehub after 3 rides. Orange replaced it with an XT after I complained. Hope told me that they had advised that this cassette shouldn’t be used.

Lyriks on a five are ace. At 15st I wanted something stiffer after using Fox 32’s and dabling in the odd DH track.

Lyrik coil uturns – hardly ever wind them down.

BB? – the fsa ones dont last long I was told when buying my five so went Hope Stainless

My springer got ran over about 15 months ago which was my fault. I was a blubbering wreck for days. Thankfully a specialist spinal vet sorted him though.

Not everyone uses email as frequently as you would expect. Some of my mates only check them 3-4 days apart. Normally ones who dont use smart phones etc.

Ive been doing about 3 40min sessions a week on a technogym bike at my local gym.

Its bloody boring but I sweat like a *&*^£%^£ so must be doing something useful.

Ive been thinking about using my iPhone for some motivational movies or something to get me going a bit quicker.

Any iphone movies for turbo/bike sessions?

I used him…. but he had a broken wrist so he organised me to use James Shirley.

He was ace. So quick and some good tips.

He fixed my snapped spoke too in exchange for cake from the cafe.

Started with some cornering, then manuals, then drop offs. Onto pump track to practice manuals over jumps.

Then about 4 trips on the Red trail. Then onto the 4x to practice some doubles.

Still use his tips today.

My mac is doing similar – using ffox which appears better but it seems to be flash that kills it.

He seems to do stuff with the music industry and did some album covers mostly. Any advice anyone can send me I will pass onto him.

He was offered a chance of getting into an Art college in london I think after his 1st but he had a baby on the way and lives in Newcastle. Hopefully he can get some work in this field as he is wasted working in a call centre. I wil post some images here – you never know.

My brother does a lot of illustration but finding it difficult to get work and get setup.

He needs a new site really and a decent studio but after his second degree has had to start working at an Apple call centre which is a shame.

Search for it, dig it out if its there using expensive and intensive methods.

Pump it around the world via ships and pipes.

Get it refined, and then driven around the country, put into holds.

Then sell the stuff on forecourts.

How many people are involved/paid in that process – i find it astonishing that petrol is only 1.20 ltr. Bloody Coca-cola is more than that and that’s just some sugar etc.
