Right – you’ve had what i had. Take lowers off and you will have all the oil in the lowers. The seal inside the rebound tube assembly will be gone.

A £20 kit from TFT will sort you out. I did mine no probs.

All the oil from inside your dampener will be in your lower leg.

You will need the small fat one in the bottom right – the rebound cartridge slides up inside a thicker tube this seal is what separates the damper oil from going into the lower.

You tube videos available and they show you what to do – although apparently there are two types of rebound assemblies depending on age.

I had the opposite and found 150ml of fluid in my lowers – it had gone past the lower seal. I got a seal kit from TF and changed them all – £20 all in. Sorted.

I have the Softshell jacket, 5 yrs now and still champion.

You should try the Northumbelrand back roads (farm tracks) on 23mm tyres and steel forks.

you missed the bit where I said that IF he is banned I’ll accept it, and that it is simply that until he is banned he’s free to compete. It would appear to be you and TJ who are making arses of themselves, I’m waiting for the conspiracy shouts if he’s found clear.
I have already said that I have my own private view on the matter which I might or might not make public. Remember I have worked closely with Spanish cycling federations and know a bit more than you about their workings.
If he wins this year it will reinforce his argument as I assume he’s being watched like a hawk. And I hope he wins, simply to shut the haters up. The one time I met him, he seemed like a nice guy, but beyond that, as a climber myself, I like his climbing style.
