Pics are crap, take some during daylight. Remove the mudguards and bag.

Forks put me off straight away. Also the non matching hubs.

    Split,won’t take that much time.

Im sure you banging on your wall was just the last thing he needed.

We have a 2 yr old who is teething at the moment, my wife gets stressed when she cries during the night worrying about keeping neighbours up – this only ends up making things worse.

Move, become more undertstanding, wear ear plugs, ignore, MTFU whatever but stop banging on their wall like a moron.

Ever been on a Trent class or a Severn? You could eat your dinner off the engine room floors. Immaculate. Impeccably kept and maintained, no shortcuts on anything.

Superb service, imagine call me dave and his pals getting their hands in amongst it? They wouldn’t be allowed out if it was rough for health and safety and the risks to funding etc etc. Shudder at the prospect.

Leave it alone, get them plebs involved and it would become a disaster.

What you need is a 92 plate Audi 80 quatro 2.8 v6, a Subaru Impreza turbo and a Sierra Saphire 4.2Litre V8 conversion all mixed together with a dose of unused Airfield and a healthy dose of snow. Drac will know of a place called Brunton Airfield in Northumberland. What a good few days they were in about 2002.

Shame its properly shagged now with pot holes.

Heard my parents giving my brother grief tonight about his collection of Judge Dread comics in their loft.

Think there are hundreds there, they may be binning the lot if anyone wants them. I’d have to double check story and have no idea what the magazines are about.

email in profile if you are.

a road and cx bike only

Had a five Am, sold that through lack of use then bough a c456 but hardly used it. felt it was too slack for proper xc stuff.

Havent bothered with anything since. Fancy doing some XC racing, i race CX and road so may do a few MTB events too.

My nephew – wives sisters kid is 4 1/2 and doesn’t communicate in any way, he wont take any instruction, show any emotion other than aggression, doesn’t say anything – nothing at all apart from goo goo ga ga like a baby.

THey have had him into GP, paediatricians etc etc and nothing seems to be happening with it. professionals dont seem concerned, not being a profesional myself I hate to say they are wrong but surely this is the most important time for kids, he starts school in september and knowing kids i can see he will be bullied.

I dont think it will help his cause that he lives on an island and will be one of only 3 kids in the school.

Giant Defy or Specialized allez. Dont get caught up on the old groupset stuff at that price. Decent LBS purchase and upgrade bits later. Frame fit is the single most important aspect.

There are loads of web deals but try to avoid them, lots of people get hung up on looking at the components for the price.

    Thats crap Jools.

Looking at doing it on a budget which may be interesting. So far Ive found things in monaco like gardens, cathederal etc to wander about and drive the course maybe. Grasse for perfumey things. Maybe into some national parks. Wander round old town Nice and st Tropez.

Trips to beach etc. Not really into the world of champagne and parties of which this part of the world is famous for but i reckon there must be some hidden gems in amongst the horrible celeb side of things.

I bought this in blue with green zip. Its awesome.

Packs into itself. With a good base layer and mid layer it was perfectly fine standing at a train station in -6 at that last cold snap we had up here.

I wear it everyday. Can be worn like a hoody over a tshirt for shopping etc and layered up for walking etc.

Pretty certain Cav is sponsored by Nike for his shoes, but Nike have not made cycing shoes for a couple of years now,so are his one-offs or rebranded shoes from another manufacturer?

Not now he isnt at least on the OPQS media stuff produced today, also isnt using his signature PRO line stem and bars. probably as OPQS are using SRAM. No wonder it takes a while to sort contracts for pro riders with massive commercial potential.

No worse that the lurid motocross storm troopers using their full face lid to hide their lips going brrrrrrrrm-brrrrrrrm as they roll around trail centres

    Good post ^

On the Rapha thing, why do people get so hot up about the pricing… if its not for you dont buy it, if your poor dont buy it, move along get yourself onto wiggle and DHB. It will look gash, you will think you look good, you wont. Ive got some DHB shorts, thankfully the logo came off so that I now actually look cool, and because I look cool im fast as lightening, boom!

    Seriously though, get over it.

Wouldn’t buy any replica team gear so doesnt bother me. I will keep buying rapha gear when I can though, why? Cos their winter jersey, the last purchase is bloody great and I’ve worn it most days since buying it 2 months ago. Wearing it more than any other single item of clothes I own.

Ditch mtb and buy a roadbike. I lost 5 stone in a year without trying on the diet. Quit drink and pastry and ride the road bike lots.

Get a HRM and look at HR zones for fat burning.

    Jobs a good un

In our group its called this:

Half wheeling also refers to the habit of riding half a wheel in front on the person next to you. They tend to speed up to get level and you speed up some more to get another half wheel ahead. Results in the pace of the whole group gradually creeping up.

Normally the halfwheeler cracks first too. I have it done to me regullarly and being the fastest rider it just makes the halfwheeler look a bit daft.

Isn’t that only whilst you continue to pay for The subscription?I’ve got 6 albums lined up on this million site for £4.50. They are apparently mp3 downloads no catch. Once you stop spotify there is no music left behind.

Poor bit rate? Adverts on tracks? Haven’t downloaded anything yet.
