Yeh i have looked at rose bikes however they sell the brakes with the levers swapped which would mean i’d have to switch them. Not sure on how to do that!

You don’t use the full 32gb of ram in normal use… If ever. The most you would be using before you hibernate is 1gb or 2… Not 32.

For the tool board I recommend getting a board of MDF and attach it to the wall. You can then use various mounting methods like hooks and screws to hand tools of it. I even have a magnet board where I can hang diagrams and recipes for all my bike related goodies. Looks pretty nice too
