Accepting that there is a flippancy in the reply. If a section is signed as being a section where dogs are allowed off lead, it’s a pretty stupid person who would go into this area and tease the dogs with a ball. Almost as stupid as going for a walk down the trails at a bike park. Unless I’ve misunterstood the OP, the ball playing was in an area designated for dogs to be off the leads. Why would anyone even want to play ball games there will all these dogs running around and getting in the way?

Because the city by-law says that animals are allowed off the lead in that section of park, what recourse do we have? What would you do?

I’d find somewhere else to play football/rugby keeping in the back of my mind all those ramblers/landowners who are trying to shut down areas where we can cycle.

Very few topics that can’t be conveyed effectively using the rich language we call English without having to resort to pictures. I stopped with pictures in my reading material years ago. Powerpoint should be considered a last element used that helps to embellish the oral presentation and not be the presentation.

I disagree, replace Powerpoint with your mouth and you’ll give a very good presentation, which I believe is what the author is talking about.

It’s probably Microsoft’s presentation software, Powerpoint, that’s confused them. I suppose there’s no reason why a lecturer can’t use it, but as the author pointed out a Powerpoint free lecture was extremely memorable and enjoyable.

There’s plenty of cheap property in Chester too.
Personally I’d be looking towards Llandegla, but I have no need for the train. There’s an excellent bus service between Wrexham and Chester, so that would put Gresford on the map. I’d avoid Llay, Brymbo seems to have cleaned its act up a bit and doesn’t look too bad on the Minera Road side. If you’re looking at Hope, have a look at Higher Kinnerton.
I don’t know anything about Summerhill, there might be a reason why people don’t visit the place.
