Peaty’s tubeless fluid is absolute crap. I bought some a while ago from crc and it never worked. CRC stopped selling it for a while due to the amount of negative reviews.

I used to work in a bike shop and dealt with all the warranties that came in. Madison were one of the worst in terms of turnaround. Hopefully you’ll get it sorted quickly

I own a 2019 Flare Max and it weighs about 35lbs. It’s built with some pretty light but hardcore components like I9 alloy mullet wheels, Cane Creek cranks, X01 gears and Intend Edge fork. The weight doesn’t bother me and is only really noticeable when hoying it over a stile. The bike also feels a lot more competent than any other 120mm trail bike I’ve tried, in the downhill sections due to the steel construction.

Let’s hope for a second wave, so Xmas gets cancelled.

Seriously the OP needs to report this to the police. I was attacked by a farmers dog when I was 14, riding on a bridleway that went through a farm courtyard. I was bitten 6 times and needed hospital treatment, but it took about 10 years till I was comfortable being around dogs. My dad reported it too Calderdale police and seen as it wasn’t the first complaint about the dog, they took it away and euthanized it.

Sounds a lot like an Asperger’s meltdown. I have Asperger’s and when I get angry I will stay angry for hours and sometimes days. My anxiety in these periods also sky rockets.

eBay is full of fake knock gear now. I was looking at fake Thomson seatposts the other day for my pub bike. Didn’t buy as they looked dodgy. There is bugger all point in reporting it, it’ll just get replaced with another as.

I swim on a regular basis in the Tyne and North Tyne River. Only in summer do I not wear a wetsuit.

I live right next to a middle school and a secondary school (Northumberland’s weird 3 tier school system) and the traffic is horrific at drop off and kick out time. The big issue for the residents in my area is that the roads are very narrow and when you get dopey mums in 4×4’s parking on both side of the roads there is little room to maneuver.

I think most people like myself are put off by the colours. Although the frames are designed really well and they have great components, the colours are minging.

I still wear my 661 Pressure suit when heading to any bike park. It does look like overkill compared to what everyone else wear’s but it gives me more confidence when hitting big jumps.

@Onzadog the date on the box says they were manufactured on the 13/03/20. Also the graphics are individual pieces. I’m guessing RevB. This exact model (29er,44mm,180mm) wasn’t available in the UK when I bought them a month ago, so bought them from Germany.

Stay clear of them. DNM shocks usually come on dirt cheap Argos bikes. Also there doesn’t seem like anyone in the uk service’s them.

On my trail bike I use a Vittoria Airliner and it does a great job, although a little weighty. On my DH bike I use Huck Norris inserts front and rear and have never had an issue with them.

I’ve been using the Race Face Ambush pads for a few years now and absolutely love them. Got the original knee pads and was so impressed I went and bought the knee and shin combo as well.
