In today’s market there are only really three to choose from. Hope, Trickstuff or Magura. Magura and Hope were rumored to be bringing out 6 pot brakes but things have gone quiet for the time being. The Magura’s were called the Stigma 6 and the Hope’s were called V6Ti. There was a company a while back called Gatorbrake which made an 8 piston brake but I’ve only ever seen one pair for sale second hand.
If money isn’t an issue i’m sure these guys could make you some custom one off brakes.

Yeah I agree, looks a bit bodged. But Trek do have plenty of experience with HSP systems as the original Session 10 had one.

I completely agree with Cougar. I used to drink and natter occasionally with a guy at my local pub (we both have an interest in old Ford’s) but he was also obsessed in bat shit conspiracy theories, which I just ignored. Anyway he thought the whole covid pandemic was a government ploy to put the people into a police state and refused to wear a mask (though he had COPD) or wash his hands regularly. Funnily enough he caught covid and died. Idiots will be idiots and the world will be a better place without them.

Yep these have been on a trials bike. I used to have a similar set up.

That is one seriously cool car OP. 5 years ago I bought a Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500 and it was one the best decisions I ever made. I grew up watching the BTCC and used to go and watch a lot of races with my dad and always lusted after an RS500 but never thought I’d get the chance to drive one let alone own one.

I love the smell of rust on an old steel frame. Removing a seat post after a long time and you get a lovely whiff of corroding steel.

I also have older idiot family members who also have the anti-vax stance. Me and my brother have told them that if they ever want to see either of us ever again then there going to have to get the vaccine.

I very much doubt with the amount the police budget has been cut in the last 10 years that the police will be on patrol with the overzealous park patrol (council). I’d imagine with the serious amount of knife/gang crime in London the police will be focusing their time on these criminals opposed to some kids building jumps on private land.

@tjagain were talking about park patrol not the police. The police can take your details if you are under caution. If your not under caution you can just walk away and they can’t do anything.

Your school has been chosen by the government to try a new type of covid testing. Everybody needs to take an anal swab test.

I’d love to see how they are going to start fining you £60 when they have no authority to take your details. How are they going to track you down if you don’t pay the fine? It’s not like your driving a vehicle which is registered to you. Sound like a bunch of overzealous tits.

There are a lot of people talking bollocks on this thread. 35mm diameter bars were thought up by Chromag years ago to address the issue of wider bars (800mm+) not flexing under extreme forces. I own various 35mm diameter bars including a set of Chromag BZA bars and like Tom Howard said they can vary in stiffness. The Chromags are stiff but they were initially designed for freeride and DH. I also own a set of Nukeproofs and they are nowhere near as stiff as the Chromags. The only reason why Cy at Cotic doesn’t supply 35mm bars with his bikes is he reckons it looks strange with the skinny steel tubing.
So as a conclusion 35mm diameter bars are not a gimmick like others are suggesting they are designed for a purpose.

Thanks for everybody’s positive responses to my thread, it meant a hell of a lot to me. I was prescribed some Clopidogrel today by my doc which should help the situation. I’ll keep this thread updated with my progress.
Thanks once again to everybody on here.

Yes get an Xbox but don’t waste your time playing SSX when there are far better games like Steep. Steep’s menu and user interface are quite annoying but it redeems that by having 3 fully open worlds to explore. Also you can do far more winter sports on Steep than SSX.

Thanks everybody for all the positive advice. Yes @i_scoff_cake I’m 36 but I think I have had a pretty hard life compared to most. As I have certain learning difficulties I was ignored by teachers when I was at high school due to my disruptive (adhd) behavior and subsequently tried to burn the school down twice (only go caught once and did a ton of damage the second time).
At the age of 21 I watched both my parents die within 5 months of each other of cancer and this really excelled my drug and alcohol usage.

    @dyna-ti
can we talk in private as like you say we are very very similar.

Thanks @tjagain. I’ve been clean from all drugs for about 8 years, but smoking tobacco still, up until tonight. I now know I have to have a drastic change in my lifestyle. Thanks once again TJ.

I’d be expecting a life time warranty at that price not a 5 year one.

I pickle jalapenos myself as I find most of the ones that you buy in the supermarkets are not crunchy enough.

@easily mental health is not the issue with him. He’s clearly an uneducated idiot, bit like yourself really when coming out with a statement like that.
I myself have mental health issues and have many friends that suffer from MH issues and non of us are racist/homophobic/sexist ect.

AVOID GARMIN PEDALS AT ALL COSTS!
My ex-partner used to own a set of Vector pedals and they were absolutely crap. Constant battery issues due to a crap battery cover on a £700 pair of pedals.
There are multiple threads on road bike forums slating the build quality of Garmin pedals.

You’ve bought yourself a great fork. I’m a long term Manitou fan and own 2 set’s of Mattocs as well as various others and Manitou are one of the most unrated fork brands.

I used to like Warner back in the days of Freecaster commentating but these YouTube videos make him sound like a pathetic moron. And who in their right mind would be riding a 170mm enduro bike on a tame blue run.

Linghams is by far the best sweet chili sauce you can buy and my favorite with certain dishes.
