So it’s all worked out perfectly! Met nick of this parish this afternoon and evening managed to shoehorn the Mundo into the back of his car last night in Brighton. Top man! Looks like I wasn’t a moment too soon for the bike! Salt air and living outside don’t do bikes any favours it’s looking a bit sad :(
New tube in front wheel and a good ride up the lane and all working ok :D
New saddle, good cleanup and maybe some citric acid , clean the rust from th stainless spokes!!!
Hopefully if using the bike for work is good, a respray is in order next year.
Thanks again to Nickthegreek what a star

Flour water yeast book. Easiest bread making ever. No kneading, no sour dough mixtures just fantastic crunchy bread. Does take time to make each loaf though. Bout 24hrs including the ferment/poolish/sponge mixture. Uses much less yeast than the automated methods. Our panasonic bread machine just sits there now. Anyone want to buy it? :D,

Viessmann now 10year parts and labour warranty for additional £120ish if installed by Viessmann trained installer. Had the 100-30 for 5 years. Just works. Also has weather compensation to save additional 8-12% on gas usage. Simple to fit and service. No special tools required to service like WB….that’s my gripe with WB

No. 3 :making sure that the take off point to the pump is on th opposite side to the float valve and the supply for the hot feed to the pump is 25mm above the cold feed so I the cistern runs dry for any reason, you’re not scalded.

My 13 year old has just passed me in height, he’s 6″3′ and has size 13 feet. His feet have matched his age for a few years now! ‘Acting his age not his shoe size” has been very easy for him! :)
I suspect he has some growing left in him…
PS, anyone got any crampon compatible boots for sale for him? Can’t bring myself to buy new knowing he’ll grow out of them!

Water off first, obviously! Spanner on hex part of tap under spindle, sometimes helps to tighten first to ease any corrosion then undo and replace washer. Silicone grease on all the threads when you reassemble. If i t continues to drip with a new washer, the tap may need seat resurfacing. Worry about that if it still drips.

Just so you know, if it’s an unvented cylinder, you need to have a G3 ticket to work on these. May explain why you can’t find a plumber to work on it. Where in the country are you

Bear in mind that the bench seat is a 6 bolt fitting so you will need to source replacement studs to go in the floor and nuts to fix the Base to the floor. The Base is big and heavy, even more so with two people sat on it. If you stop suddenly….
