Hairychested, according to books you should be happy to know that a key is available for the 406, it wont have the buttons for central locking as that is dealer only so you would have to actually put in the door to open, but immobiliser is fitted and programmable. We’d charge £25.

Sofaking yours is also available IIRC will have same functions as Hairy’s key and same costing.

Your local key cutters should be able to do these if they have a transponder machine.

Monkey… according to bookwork your key is a dealer only option or try calling Hinckley Valtone – based in Bridgwater, they should be able to supply keys but key will need to coded to vehicle through ecu

Hairychested and Sofaking what age are the vehicles in question?

Would have suggested using graphite powder in ignition, will check on key availability at work and respond tomorrow.( I cut and programme these things for a living)

CURTIS…Gary does 853 or T45, not cheap but come with a lifetime warranty. You can tell a difference with a well made steel frame, 853 ss is 853 throughout inc all stays and is well comfy, use mine on average for 4-5 hour rides on Mendip.

had an endoscopy and blood test also, dietician was advising on nutrition

Are you a recent Coeliac or life time ? If recent diagnosed then see if you have amalgam fillings. Had a few tests years ago when suffering and told by dietician at hospital I was a coeliac, Mrs C was dental nursing then and spoke to an alternative medicine dentist, she tested my fillings and found they were giving a negative charge(poisoning me through mercury) after spending copious amounts of money all were changed to white fillings and coeliac symptoms gone. This is no bullsh*t, 100% truth

Oh and I think 500 entries is a bit of wishing on organisers behalf, last year IIRC there was 25 of us maximum

Did this last year, crap crap crap, so poorly organised I couldn’t believe it.
No marshalls anywhere on course apart from in arena, total waste of money, very local for me but not even worth looking at as the map is still last years, and this course was changed on the day of event
