I like all of these. Art gallery near me has some very cool sculpture in a garden out back made from old bike bits. Always quite fancied having a go at making something for the garden.. would probably end up looking c**p though.

Oldgit – there's a little one on ebay with a decent buy it now. Not mine just thought you might be interested :-)

Salad – new pot's still a bit warm, roasted beetroot, smoked mackerel, walnuts, horseradish and mustard dressing. Crusty bread. Tastes a LOT better than it sounds.

I used to live on Merseybank, Caldervale Ave. Had more trouble there than I did in Moss Side. Also had a really lovely neighbour who used to cut my lawn for me, good and bad everywhere :-) I feel your pain though, our shed was broken into loads. One night someone stole hald a hose pipe I used to clean my bike and a half bag of coal (seriously) I finally moved after a group of yoots followed me home chucking half bricks at me. :( Moved half a mile down Barlow Moor Road and had no trouble at all for four years.

Good. I think it's not smoking and not being well enough to exercise in last week or so, not a good mix. Better than emphysema though!

I'm one month in and so far have had flu and a chest infection so haven't really felt the health benefits that I was hoping would motivate me! I'm now at a weird stage where I'm not so much craving a fag, more having weird moments where I feel like I've forgotton to do something, or feel like I 'should' be doing something… Oh yes that's what it is… SMOKING. I should be smoking. Hoping that goes away soon. :(

Ummm, for me I think it's mainly boredom related. Sitting opposite my boss makes sleeping at work a little dangerous an activity.

Yep, have used them quite a bit and have always had excellent service.

I eat mostly veggie as my partner has been for 25 years. Do eat fish every couple of weeks and will eat meat maybe 3/4 times a year when we eat out. I think I feel better / fitter now that I eat less meat but being veg-fake-atarien has also made me eat less processed food so it could be down to that!

My Manchester commute was boiling this morning as well…had to stop and take my jacket off. I think this might be due to the cough that I had assumed was down to me stopping smoking, rapidly turning into a cold over the course of today though :cry:

Rode it yesterday and it was free Fallowfield to Chorlton so guessing the rest will be fine as well.
