I had my Hernia surgery done at a bmi hospital and they were fantastic. The consultant who did it, worked at Royal Bolton also.
Below is a rough guide to the cost of gallbladder removal surgery.

bwfc4eva868Free MemberI like my HTC phones had no problems with them ever, unless I stupidly drop them.
Currently have the HTC u11 it’s brilliant.
The u11 life is a bit smaller and £350
bwfc4eva868Free MemberGive them a whirl this summer on my annual leave.
Is there any maps to download routes in Staveley? Got a Garmin edge 1000.
Need to explore rivington also, lived here for 32 years and all I’ve done is San Marino descent oh and healey nab.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberAye prefer train as I can’t be bothered driving in all honesty. Train tickets I can book in advance, going to Edinburgh in March for £22.
Natural or trail centres are good, like to explore Scotland if it’s possible by train.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberDid my own dip with Halifax and they quoted us well over the £130k we need. Should I speak to both of them Meridian and L&C.
Both on reasonable salaries £30k each. Missus has a couple of missed payments in the past on a littlewoods account (2014) and I have one default from 2013 all settled.
Yeah will need a solicitor which I’m not sure who yet

bwfc4eva868Free MemberDefinitely gonna keep my hardtail it’s a cracking species bike. Will be used for a bit of road work, canal towpaths and bridleways/fireroads.
Will have a look at the Schwalbe marathons, the lockout on forks is pretty good and the fork doesn’t flex.
May get some spd pedals also as I used them on my cx bike.
Is it worth getting some flat bars? Current ones are 680mm riser bars.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberThe canal is a mixture of tarmac bike path, and some muddy path when you get of town.
Fire roads I wouldn’t take a car down it!but a 4×4 would be fine.
May just keep the suspension on but I think some straighter, wider and light bars would suit and faster rolling tyres like the Conti race king or what about Schwalbe rapid rob?Bike I’ll be using is the following
https://www.decathlon.co.uk/rockrider-560-mountain-bike-id_8293151.htmlbwfc4eva868Free MemberIs it worth me swapping the forks to rigid or just locking the forks out? Or just swap the tyres, ride on the road for a bit and save up for a budget cx bike?
If so what budget cx bike for under £500?
bwfc4eva868Free MemberHave worked permanent nights for 4 years. Before my first night I stay up as long as possible till about 0300 then sleep till 1400/1500 then get home 0815/30 have something to eat, take dogs for a wee shower and bed for 1030 and wake up at 1800.
Ear plugs, blinds and blackout curtains. Easy in winter but a bit tougher in summer.I’m on 50mg of Amitriptyline to knock me out, and stop me from waking up if I roll over on my shoulder. Makes you a bit groggy when you wake up, but it helps me sleep.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberSorry to hear that. Not nice especially so young.
Unfortunately lost two of my best mates quite young.
One died in Theatre after a motorbike crash, he was only 19, slipped on some gravel on the Cat and fiddle and bike smashed his pelvis.Last year my best mate who I’ve known since primary School had a heart attack playing five a side he was only 31, left behind a 3 year old son.
Didn’t make his funeral, as Muslims I believe get it done within 48 hours.bwfc4eva868Free MemberSome good points, I do have two bikes luckily. I have a hardtail which I shove in downstairs big, don’t mind this getting muddy as its tiled and only ever gets used if bathrooms in use upstairs.
I’m not really motivated for any activity in winter apart from my Tuesday night cricket nets, I become low in mood after new year till the clocks go forward and days get longer.Maybe I’m best waiting till clocks go forward and getting out.
Looking to start fishing again this year so will be using the bike ride to the local fishery.
I ride my motorbike less for pleasure in winter also, only use it to commute.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberNever gone and thought this is rubbish, but I have thought this is hard bloody work.
I think my main factor is, I have get home and start cleaning the bike which is a chore in winter. It has be clean as it lives in back room or bedroom.bwfc4eva868Free MemberOnce a day usually before bed in winter.
Summer if it’s warm twice a day.bwfc4eva868Free MemberI only drink on holiday and Christmas and even then it’s only a few pints Max. My kidney seems to ache after drinking alcohol, I’ve had kidney stones four times and they always seemed to come after drinking alcohol or lots of caffeinated drinks.
So I stick to water (sparkling) and tonic water. Now smoking that’s a hard one to give up.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberMore biking. I’ve done the grand sum of 44.6 miles this year, my worst amount in ten years. I did more in 2013 when I was recovering from a knee injury.
This year I’ve had shoulder bursitis for 3 weeks and the rest of the time just been lazy.Less ps4 so I can do more biking.
Break into the 1st team at my village cricket club, then 2019 aim for a higher league club.
Start fishing again.
Appreciate my missus more and do stuff together more often, instead of slobbing on the couch.
We are very active when we go to Greece, scuba diving, cycling, exploring. But come home and just slob.bwfc4eva868Free MemberI work on a orthopaedic ward and see many thr’s most of ours are Trauma patients though rather than elective. Youngest I’ve seen was a 23 year old motorcycle etc he was out within a week, started mobilising the day after or on a zf and left hospital using crutches.
Saw a 65 year old road cyclist do the same.
Haven’t had a thr myself but have had a dynamic hip screw fitted for a neck of femur fracture, when I got knocked off my motorbike when I was 18. Think it took me 30 months get back on a motorbike after.
Do get a bit of pain in it, if I swing my leg over motorbike or mountain bike too fast or it’s really cold.Make sure it’s done by a hip specialist. Which it probably will be anyway.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberGood I can’t stand winter, because the heating is set to melt by the missus from October till May. Getting bored of going to work it’s dark and coming home it’s still dark.
Roll on March 25th 2018.bwfc4eva868Free MemberWe live in a 2 bed terrace, mortgage, has a few years left. House is nout special but it’s comfortable. She drives a Mercedes Cla 250 AMG on pcp. I have a Kawasaki Ninja 650 on hp.
We have two holidays a year, we have over £5000 worth of Pythons and boas in our back room and breed them.
Both on reasonable Salaries £30k per year me and her just under £40k.
Her daughter and boyfriend both earn £20-25k and pay £300 rent and contribute to the bills.
Both of them have Modest cars on pcp also. (Renault Clio Sport and VW Polo Gti) again both have two holidays per year.
Next door is a truck driver and has a BMW X5. All the rest of the cars on the street are mostly brand new or 2 years old max.Who needs a fancy house. If it’s warm and comfortable. Although we do plan to move into a new build 3 bed detached with Garage in the next 12 months! But I want a garage rather than a back yard!
bwfc4eva868Free Memberquite easy to buy now from Specialist reptile shops. They won’t sell them however unless you buy the whole tortoise table, substrate, basking bulb, uv bulb and motor etc.
Most are captive bred these days.
We have two Horsefield tortoises and they are doing extremely well.
We have built them a bigger table.Horsefields are by far the easiest to keep.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberBroke mine early 2016.
Get to gp for some Naproxen or the chemist for 400mg ibuprofen. Takes the edge of.
Do plenty of deep breathing exercise.
I rode my bike about two weeks after, just short road rides.bwfc4eva868Free MemberI’ll get down to Darwen Angling on my day off and get some gear.
Carp fishing looks interesting but for now, a rod and reel floats etc will be OK to start with.bwfc4eva868Free MemberWas looking at a kit https://www.anglingdirect.co.uk/leeda-coarse-outfit
But not sure if I should just get my local shop (Darwen Angling Centre) to price me up some gear.
It looks more expensive than mountain biking and cricket my other hobbies.Just looking to start with General course fishing for Perch etc, carp fishing looks good but looks complicated.
Bradshaw fisheries is also close. Newrad is about five minute walk away.
I used to fish on rivers when I was younger. Mainly Trout in the local River near my Mums.Any good books to read on how to setup floats etc?
bwfc4eva868Free MemberFractured patella and torn acl when I got hit by a cricket ball (not wearing pads being cocky in the nets) operated on after three days. Was in a brace for two months, three months worth of physio.
Nearly 12 years later and having fractured it again in 2013 (tib and fib plus meniscus tear) it feels fine, aches slightly in the cold.bwfc4eva868Free MemberDeores had the m615 and they were great.
Have m8000 Xt on current bike and they are great.bwfc4eva868Free MemberOrdered one at 1230 from Evans cycles. £111 to pick up from Manchester Trafford store. Collect within 2 hours. Still waiting to see if I can pick up nearly5 hours later, getting a bit pissed off now. 😡
bwfc4eva868Free MemberWill only be really for woodland trails, fireroad and canal paths. I’m too soft to do full nightriding anymore.
Also seen this magic shine http://www.magicshineuk.co.uk/bike-lights/magicshine-monteer-1400-lumen-front-bike-light.htmlbwfc4eva868Free MemberI suffered in 2014 with it, was seen by physio, started the exercises, had shock wave therapy also and can vouch for it being uncomfortable.
It eventually ruptured anyway, which to be honest was a relief, had surgery and 8 weeks recovery and back to work.bwfc4eva868Free MemberThe Missus has just got a Google Pixel 2 very nice phone and camera. I thought mine was good (HTC U11) but hers is very good.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberForza 7 is great fun as is horizon. I sold my Xbox though and play Forza on the pc. I have a PS4 pro but I’m not tempted by GT Sport, it just doesn’t seem like the old GT1 and 2 which were ace. But I will keep a eye on it and see what the reviews say.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberIt still runs perfectly well. Just drinks fluid. And seems to be leaking around the egr area. Only warning light we get is coolant level low.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberUsed to drink every Friday night
2 litre of cheap cider (pulse) 4 cans of crap lager (Carlsberg) from 15 year old then migrated to going out round town at 17 which was 6 pints and as many bottle of Becks £1 a bottle I could manage before the room started spinning. I did this till 21 year old, then it was 6/8 pints thurs-Sunday every week. Then I ended up with kidney stones from repeated drinking alcohol and fizzy drinks at 25 year old.
Now at 31 I only drink at Christmas, my birthday and on holiday 3/4 pints or bottles and maybe the odd pint if it’s a nice day. Don’t miss it to be honest.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberA mancashire accent a mixture between Bolton to full on Manc when I’m angry or drunk.
bwfc4eva868Free Member62 most likely. Reserved our house. But it won’t be built till September2018!
bwfc4eva868Free Member3 litres of Sparkling water a day and 500 ml of Diet Coke.
Just got back from Rhodes and was drinking 4/5 litres of water a day there because it was so warm.bwfc4eva868Free MemberDon’t have the money to go and blow £600 on a phone outright.
Yes there are other cheaper options. But I am getting the htc because of its amazingly good Audio quality, it’s replacing my now very slow Sony Xperia z5 and ipad which has died.bwfc4eva868Free MemberSounds easy enough. Carphone warehouse one is the blue htc U11 unlimited mins, texts with 5gb data and £42.99 per month ee is black phone and 3gb data £47.99 per month.
bwfc4eva868Free MemberI use Shure SE315’s inner ear ones at home and they are excellent.
