Right – got a few things to try

    1. Get some Gaffa on the go
    2. Get some Stans
    3. Put more air pressure in the wheel to get the bead to drop in.

I think that might be the issue here…

Mboy – might take you up on the offer – got Bontrager sealant and wondering (since everyone seems to use it) if I should go for some Stans instead. Will give it another try with the gaffa tape tomorrow since I have some next to my computer and will let you know how I get on.

What sort of tape is that they use? Are you using this method successfully?

If I can get rid of my rim tape and replace it then i shouldn't have the problem with getting the tyre on and off the rim.

Gee – got some good quality rim tape on similar to insultation tape.

Another question – what is a tyre which is good with tubeless, grips like a rampage and goes easily onto a DT Swiss 5.1 rim?

I wish I had some tubeless wheels – would solve the problem of trying to go tubeless with non-tubeless wheels and tyres!!! ;)

So generally increasing the quantity of riding then for most people.

Trail vision = looking where you are going in the right way so you can set yourself up correctly to go faster and be more in control. :)

Anything your going to be working on while out riding more?

I love a STW lite as it takes ages on a blackberry :( shame as I use my BB loads for other stuff.

95% of Llandegla! Albeit I was on my own and had ridden Penmachno earlier which I loved.

Anyway – its about who you are with and having a laugh.

I get round it by wearing a respro mask to filter out the pollen during the worst weeks – I hate wearing it but it avoids the chest infections.

Think I'll go and see the doc for a chat

Yeah, I'm on Fexofenadine too! Tree and grass pollen here.

I've heard the docs can do injections or something if I get in early enough but never tried it

I suppose what I mean is if you had two bikes one with 100mm forks and one with 160mm forks but same geometry – would there be any difference?

Damn – if its open I'll go up there otherwise its somewhere else.

There's something really good about facing challenges on a bike (whatever your level of manup) – I just love being able to propel myself around and down stuff. Its great!

Best stag do I went on was my own but not becoz it was my own.

We hired two boats on the norfolk broads for the weekend.

Happened to be world cup final weekend and the weather was awesome. It was so good my mate did it for his stag do.

Friday night we moored up and went to a local pub. Saturday we chugged down the river and stopped at a pub to watch the world cup runner up then went further down the river to moor up for the night and got a taxi into norwich – got leathered and ended up in a strip club before going back to the boats for an all night session. Sunday we pootled back to the pub to watch the world cup final before taking the boats back to harbour and staying one last night – a weekend I'll never forget for all the right reasons :)

Spend about £3-400 to get something reasonable. There are some good bikes out there.

    Where's this new skatepark?
