My 3 year old daughter said ” Daddy I can do that one day, when I’m bigger and when I have pedals.” She has been asking for pedals for her balance bike for about 6 months. She’s a demon on the balance bike and flies downhill with her feet up.

She loves watching Danny MacAskill films, apart from the Playboy one obviously.

    The guy is a legend.

Just ordered 2 Frogs for our twins 4th birthday in December. A spotty 43 for my girl and a red 48 for the boy. LBS sells them and they are cracking little light bikes for kids and a bit cheaper than islabikes.

Kuco – the feedback does seem to be that for a race bike it is a really comfortable bike when you don’t want to hammer it.

j40aja – I’ve also looked at the Synapse but I’m only 34 so in my head I think the flexibility and stretch isn’t an issue yet. :-)

I’ve been really happy with the DHB Vaeon Roubaix Pro Padded Bib Tight. Same pad as the excellent DHB Aeron Pro Bib Short but really night and cosy with decent reflective bits.

Can’t get better than this for the price!

You need to add on 11% to the voucher price if buying on C2W. I’d be all over this if I was buying a road bike under 1k just now.

I fancy trying the Cingles next year. Looking to fly to Carcassone from Prestwick then making my way to Bedoin from there. Hire a bike and stay for a few days, then back home.

Shouldn’t be too expensive. Mrs burnsybhoy has given me permission.

To the guys who have done it or knew people that have done it, how fit do you need to be?

I stay in Symington and it is awesome for road biking round this way. Someone was telling me there are a few trails in Dundonald Woods.

sq225917 did you get an answer on the freehubs?

I’m struggling to find a compatible cassette that’ll fit on the spline.

ebay fine for me, but cannot get onto Autotrader.

It’s just a wee bit shady that they tried to up the price to other buyers before sending out. The fact they didn’t realise they weren’t compatible with shimano cassettes doesn’t fill you with confidence. I mean I can’t really moan as I did receive the wheels at the price advertised but I’m in no rush to go and buy a compatible cassette for them.

Hi sq225917 did these fall of the back of a lorry?

No the free hub is definitely a Miche/Bianchi Specific Spline.

Only takes a M Type Cassette. Click the link you’ll see it at the very bottom of the webpage .

Have a look here, you’ll see what I mean.

Trying to swap a Shimano HG50 Cassette onto the Miche Freehub Body and it’s no happening. I know one spline is a different size but i’ve tried for 30 mins now and can’t get them to line up. Definitely sold as Shimano compatible…

    Karma??……

Thats a bit shady. Looks like I got lucky. What was the reason for trying to increase the charge?
