Hope was top of the list as I have had a couple of pairs in the past but I have heard a couple of people muttering they were not that good now but they probably heard that from someone that has never actualy used them.

Brake hose was to short its only a temp thing its fine the now.I am not sure what brakes to go for. The sadle is the way I find comfy. I was just happy to get it going and will sort all the imperfections in time. Appart from all that it rides very well.

Yes its a Truvativ BB shell 68 axle 113 mm and it is a Deore M530 The movement is the same as the BB being shaged. Why does it not work. Think I will just tell him to get a Deore chainset..

Deore external and I would imagine its 68mm not sure of shell width but I have tried all spacer combos.

More into going up hills than down nothing to extreme. maybe give you a shout.

You will be only 45 minutes away from Mull which has plenty good riding also not to far away from morvern which would involve going to Mull riding north for 6 miles getting another ferry back to the mainland "strange an idea as that sounds" where there are good rides. Kerrera is good but not very far, did it a couple of years ago think it was only about 8 1/2 miles. Give me a shout if you are ever planing to come over I'm in Tobermory.

I have been riding my hardtail or cross more recently but if I am going on a decent ride take full susser as its just more comfy.
