Snap! Went with orange after seeing that thread. Got sent a yellow initially by mistake and although nice, prefer the orange. So the tensioner thing keeps the chain in check when it gets bouncy? 🙂

My new box arrived today next day service – BRILLIANT – however size "correct" – colour "wrong" – gutted! So gave the chaps a call up, prefered colour coming Monday with the courier picking up wrong frame, can't say fairer than that. Pics/build to follow..

Fantastic frame!! – only had a month or so but so far so good. Takes a little time to set up nicely but once dialled in very happy with the ride. Have'nt used to pro pedal yet, it just works so well without. I've built it with a a lightweight build currently in at 26lb. So did you REALLY win the auction or did he end the listing early? If you won the auction then you are safe via ebay, if he ended it early without talking to you regards payment its a bit dodgy. It does happen but communication normaly takes place before and thus all parties are happy with payment etc. Check the listing again and see what payment details he takes. If he takes paypal pay through the link.

Hello – I've used both. Having riden the fox on a demo week very pleased light and stiff but got a great deal on some 20mm 2010 revs from rutland and after a couple of rides so far so good. JUst fancied a change from fox forks cause I've got 2 pairs and after the 2010 revs have now gone up to 150mm I thought why not. If it helps the new rockshox look better too.

Used loads with no problems over the web. Recent order on some Revalations 2010 came next day no fuss. Very helpful – no problems at all……

Nice frame, cables cut do with a cut mind – crankset and pedals could be a whole lot better too…..

TinMan yeah they do – Just Riding along sell them, get the metal tool too.

At first pour mate and stick plenty in. Then to top up I remove the core and use one of those little kiddy syringes gets it in much better but takes a bit of time – oh and keep the tyre elevated so the bead stays tight on the rim.

Thanks for that Andy – the axle is too short. But the Tubus option looks like it could work. Can pick one up for about £25, looked on the website but can’t find the actual length of the qr ?

Yeah the red n black theme. Very impressive. Mine has a chap on a bike riding with 1 hand, oh and the logo of course. That’s worth at least -5g. ha ha ha

Yeah the AX is a class part, could’nt get one. Your Smica are the same weight I believe, but yeah you beat me on price !! Bargain. My tunes are holding up very well, only issue was fitting them as they slipped a bit at first.

Your right – you can go wrong and stick carbon in the wrong places. It just does’nt work or cost effective my tune alu bar ends are much lighter than any carbon versions, as is my FSA stem. Both cheaper too.

I’m still fettling, Gone with cap off top inspection etc, stuck in some oil and it seems to have improved slightly. Going to get my LBS just to check over incase something has actually snapped/bent/broke etc. Many thanks for all the suggestion, I’ll post any info that I get
