    So what’s yours + or –
Just think a lot of STW members are like sheep to quick to follow the leader or initial post, rather than speak out or defend! 😕

Like i said my dealings were first class and I would defo use again! 😀

Made email enquiry about building a downhill wheelset, I was providing the hubs and the rest was sorted by Dave Hinde.
The next day I received an email back asking me to contact hem to discuss, which I did.
The service and advice prior to placing my order was first class.
As was the quality of the build and postal service. Oh and a great price!

Why are people quick to post negative and potentially damaging comments that could over time ruin someone’s lively hood?

    As others have said,
    Bike bag/box = 32kg
    Hold baggage = 20kg
Bike and hold baggage must not exceed 50kg

    Hand baggage = 5kg
I always carry my helmet as hand baggage, never hand a problem.

Use to mount on roof but have now gone to towbar mounted rack.
Will never go back to roof mounted carriers, so much easier on the rear no crap dropping off onto roof!

    Visited planning today.
Relaxed rules aren’t in place yet and they are unsure when they will be in place.
Oh and gonna be £200 lighter, £175 for application then £25 for location and block plan mapping.

Now I’ve got the job of filling out 3 application forms, cannot wait.

Had KS prior to Reverb and you cannot compare.
    Reverb all the way.
KS developed wear and slop early on with regular servicing.

    Worn cassette or front rings?
If you have chain wear you can be sure the cassette and front rings will have some wear.

If the hole isn’t straight then the concentricity will out.

    bren2709
    Full Member

My mistake should have stated drilling out to 7.5 – 7.7mm before reaming.
Concentricity is important as both sides need to line up to allow the 8mm pin or bolt to pass through any misalignment would cause problems.
Hole drilled to big will give to much play in the mount.

So you are gonna take the time to bore out to 8.00mm where a reamer will do in one cut to size no problem and accurate.
    Old skool my ar*e!

Why on earth would you bore it out when you can use a reamer.
Has to be concentric to the diameter that fits in the DP bush.

If it has age restrictions how come the responsible parents allow their kids to open accounts?

Cannot get my head round that, especially when you hear so much about the dirty b*st*rds using such sites to groom kids?

Plusnet hands down great customer service and quick to rectify any problems.

Been with TalkTalk and had nothing but real problems,
    – foreign call centres
    – Poor customer service
    – poor and slow with any faults
    – waiting times when phoning 20mins at best
    – would not provide with mac code when wanting to leave, took about 4 weeks to get and that was after Plusnet intervened.
