Cheers everyone… Yeah my only reassurance is that it doesn’t actually show itself other than when I’m in bed and on that side.

Major trauma / falls … Jeez now I’ve had a lifetime of them but nothing specific to the left limb.

I’m hoping its just a muscular issue… I will make some enquiries at the hosp.

    Update

The shower only drips I’ve noticed when sink hot tap is either turned on fast or is turned on fully ?

Now I know what the immediate answer is but my experience is often that faults start like this and get worse.

I know but the short story is that the initial shower was plumbed in correctly by the initial plumber BUT he’d made a bit of a bodge in access ie nightmare should it go wrong

Which 3 years later it did ( dripping head)

    Went through bristan

    1 Reccd I clean cartridge
    2 replace cartridge
    3 replace valves

Did all above but not resolved – fault was a crack in body of shower.

Bristan engineer visited to tell us yep body is leaking mate..

Bristan replaced but would not fit as tiles needed removing etc

Enter my plumber.. Who had a mare, removing old shower because of tiles etc

I don’t think my plumber will come back.. It was a nightmare job

And why from the influence of a sink tap ?

Oh just to emphasise its the sink tap that is making the shower drip when on.

It doesn’t drip otherwise.. Only when hot sink tap is turned on ??

    Oh dear.

We’ve just had major problems with a previous shower.. This one has been in for less than 2 months.

Seriously hope it’s nothing major as we had to strip all the tiles to get access… ;@/

    Ok cool.

But not suitable for a new born ? ie can you put a cot in it for the pram/ buggy mode?

    brack

    Ok ?

We are struggling with just what to go for tbh.

Went to the baby show this weekend in London and absolutely fell for the B.O.B revolution buggy – it is perfect for what we need as we live in the country and are always away at weekends to Wales/ Lakes.

    But

What it doesnt do is attach to a bike – which is a tad bizarre being that BOB are a cycling based company?

I have seen pics of the chariot – but stopped looking when id read reviews that it wasn’t so user friendly around town etc – too big ?

Can it be used for a newborn ?

Clanton…just out of interest ( and as someone who is going to be a dad in July) is this secondary to your buggy or will you have just the chariot ?

Ive been looking at the BOB revolution…and was going to buy a separate trailer ?

Wow thanks for all the replies so far. I never imagined buying a pram would be so ?interesting ?

We are off to one of these ‘baby shows’ so hopefully all the big retailers will be there for us to try out a few.

Thank goodness I have a shed of bikes which means I am set up on that front.

Oh and Im in Chichester, W Sussex if anyone is offering there prams ;^)

ps yeah hate the term stroller also

    Cheers all

Back from what is I am sure the first of many trips to look at prams..

Looked at the Phil and Ted explorer and it felt well built BUT blimey it is heavy…and with my partner being on the petite side I worry it may be too heavy.

The mountain buggy caught my eye…( I like the name mountain in the title)..it felt really flimsy.

The chariot – I’d love one of those and love the utilitarian nature of it – but it looks way too big to be really of any practical use outside of the cycling application.

    Whereabouts are you hughjayteens?

Its such a high profile case and one that will rumble on and on … did he/ didn’t he do it, and until the courts have made a decision then there still remains a ‘possibility’ that evidence may not have been collected adequately.

    But yeah..poss just being naive

All depends on your financial situation, your own situation and tolerance to others.

Personally I know of too many friends that have had / are having a nightmare.

It ( the model) doesn’t work!

    I wouldn’t contemplate it for a second.

    Sorry
