XMC130 + XMM140 Forks – very good once bedded in. Fault free so far.
XM1550 Tricon wheels – jury’s out. Light, stiff but only time will tell on durability

There were a some failures of the first generation rear hubs where the pawl carrier split. I believe the later models are more robust.

Had a very pleasant, sunny 25 mile off road ride on Sunday morning. Was planning to pop out to see a mate in the evening. It was chucking it down. I didn’t even contemplate taking the car for the journey of 5 miles. Waterproofs? Check! Lights? Check! Arrived soggy but grinning.
