A harley crank is offset so the 2 cylinders are out of phase, the Buell version has a crank that is in the same plane. (iirc)I believe the tuned versions use this design of crank too.

I’d start with basics and have a compression check done. You will then know if the rings/valves (poss head gasket) are buggered and can progress to jobs that will cost you money if that is all ok.

I did the Afan one and found it fun, mainly, bar the rain which was impressive. I was out of my depth for one section but only came in a minute behind Helen Gasgill which made me feel quite good. I did beat my mate though. He’s got a better bike now so will whip me next time. No showers after day one was a bit minging. I didn’t worry after day two as strong beer sorted that out. Apparantly the Easterly one was more DH orientated. There was a lot of climbing between the DH stages which lasted about 25 mins overall.

I’m aiming to be there tomorrow about 9.30ish, black scandal. Am assuming it will be sodden by the go ape gate.

Oil tends to sit at the bottom of stuff, as someone said, turn the bike upside down and the top will become the bottom and ta da very little oil will come out (most probably) probably best to wait a minute as well.

which engine? pd’s injector loom can mess about. The injectors can also have problems too. On a good point the loom is a easy to replace. Probably best to get is diagnosed properly, where are you?

If I remember correctly ebay is your friend for the ceramic steels and the double roller water sharpeners. A knife is sharp when it removes (quite a lot) of skin with a delay before you notice. hmm where is that fingerprint?

We had a couple of Bora 130 autos at work, the fuel economy was shocking compared to the manual and the boxes were made out of cheese. Both failed before 30k.

My daughter had the operation and it seems to have mostly worked, when she is tired it comes back a little. The surgeon that did it said it may take a couple of attempts. We asked him if he would have it done to his kids before deciding. He recommended to have one operation then leave it until she could make the call whether she wanted it done when she had grown up a bit if required.
