I've been using a breadmaker for years. Do all my bread with it. Nothing like the smell of freshly baked bread in the house. I've fiddled with a few recipes to get what i want but all together awesome. I started with the recipe from the distructions that came with it and only changed things by small amounts.

i've had an S&P 6 Cedar for 6 years now. Absolutly adore it. Got a big round sound after i swapped out the brass for steel. I would highly recommend it. ditto – Stevomcd, everybody picks it up and admires its craft.

My miss' bought one second hand from the loot 2 years ago and it's still going strong. paid £100 and it does the job. I've watch out you don't buy a flimsy one. (i know thats not too helpfull) Some of the models out there are clearly only built to last for a few months.
