Calf raises are good for ankle and calf strength.

Stand with your heels over the end of a step so only your toes and toe end of the foot are touching the step. Raise yourself up and down in as controlled mannor as possible. Full extention and so on. I did this when recovering from tendonitis and now my calfs look like vacume packed war heads.

I'm on the Dole, i'm earning my tax credits back. It's essentially my Pension fund that i'm dipping into. I've been paying into it for years through national insurance and now i'm being given some of it back so that i can fund my ventures into finding a new job. 😀 If it didn't exist i'd be in a much worse position. I'm not backing up the scroungers, who are out there in their millions. just glad that this system is in place for people like me.

The guy is a prominant figure in many fields most notably Athism right? Having written so many books and having been in the public eye so much it's unlikley you can have one of these debates without a quote from him popping up. His work is extensive.

My sister was christian from about 11 till she went to university(i should add that this was completley her own choice and made through no parental or school indoctrination) She went on to study a masters in Marine Biology. After talking to her recently i find out that she has changed her view point and still believes in a creator of everything but is also very keen to back the evolution of the universe as the more prominent theory. So in other words she changed her mind after seeing the evidence for herself but still holds a strong view towards being faithfull to the God her creator. But she'll never peached that to anybody Religion is very much a personal thing for her, a path of self discovery. I respect that.

Any truely brilliant religion should include lots of cake.

The problem i found with RE in schools was there was no argument against it during lesson. No debate, just straight telling me how it is, granted it was a christian boarding school but asoon as i started philosophy in the 5th form it had both sides of the argument. Much more inspiring and informative.

Came out of uni with a Programming degree, went into the service industry for 6 years. duty manager(Music bar), Ass manager (cocktail bar) Restaurant manager(coperate fukin company, Living Ventures) Got burnt out by the hours and the lifestyle, ruined my relationship with my ex-GF and left me in debt. Now i'm doing a 16 weeks fast track outdoor instructor course. Deffinatly the right move as i wanted to earn without actually doing any real work :). It's all about the fun.

Took a while to get back all the important contacts that i needed but i'm a happier person without more microsoft guff in my life.
