If you want to familiarise yourself with the hills it’s best to drive over and meet up with someone. I live on Clent so ride it all the time (Mick only pretends to know his way around :D)

As good as Formula are in the field so to speak, their prices are too high, and the worst of it is spares are difficult to source, and also very expensive

I’ve used XT rotors with Formula’s before now. They cost a tenner

Stu – It’s a JJ H bar (not loop, so presume ‘old’) and I’m going from a med to highish riser bar

I need some rotors for a pair of Formula’s. There are cheaper non F rotors around…

Were you using a flat bar before or risers?

I think he gets the sheep’s back legs down the front of them on full stretch

The main roads are ok, Clent side roads are compacted snow, with some ice, and a little more snow on top. Temp much higher and a bit of a thaw going on here in Stourbridge . Should be fine for later. We’ve ridden the hills in worse
