Shoo goo is a good adhesive as it stays flexible.

Clockwise is best as you have fewer climbs that require walking!

Pull off the free hub again and remove the springs and ratchets, put the freehub back on with spacer and see if it locks up when tightened in the frame.
If it does make sure the seal on the hub is pushed in as far as it will go as it can cause the freewheel to bind.

As above check the spacer is not buried and the springs are not bent.

You could try a two park expoy adhesive.

I repaired the bb insert in a carbon spark with a loctite expoy (can’t remember the number off hand) but it’s been good for two years.

    Elevation 360,203 ft

Set my goal to average 30,000 ft a month climbing and had to go out this morning or complete it!

Started the year with a goal of averaging 30,000 ft a month over the year off road and currently on 321,000 so still on target. 😀

Only just over 3000 miles though.

    What forks are you running?
A mate of mine has bent two sets of qr sids, one eventually snapped at the crown.
The first sign was the wheel alignment and rotor rubbing.

Try putting a cassette on to give you a bit more leverage.
It should just pull straight off.

I have repaired them by using a peice of sidewall cut from an old tyre glued in place.
A normal patch will stretch and push through the cut.

You could try carbon assembly paste.
If you tighten the clamp to much it will probably stop the post returning.

Not exactly a cafe but May’s shop in Hebden is always a welcome sight, out in the middle of nowhere it’s like Arkrights in open all hours!
As and they will go down to the kitchen and make you a brew plus always have cake for sale.
Great before the climb back over Gorple.

Rode up and back from pities last sept, the decent from the summit is rocky but smooths out then becomes fire road.
It’s a very fast decent though so you’d need to be careful not to puncture.
