I was under the impression that it will be cockroaches and Shimano cleats that outlast humanity.

Seems to be confusion between visitor centre and cafe.
The visitor centre sells maps, tat and takes your money when the carpark machine is broken, I wont miss these.
The cafes offer refreshments, might miss these but at the moment the cafes at these sites are a bit pants so hope this brings a better place to spend money after a ride.

Sorry to hear the news mate but keep your chin up and focus.
It’ll pass and you’ll get better.
Cut ties though don’t drag it out it’ll just make it harder for you not her.

Some bikes, unfortunately, are more prone to dark spirits and evil.
I suggest, along with a standard tool kit taking a friendly priest or shaman to conduct a trailside cleansing to compliment any standard repairs.
    It’s the only sensible solution

Best one was when it was at the nac stoneleigh. Sick dirty jumps and riders all over the place!

Fantastic event with great coverage too, the footage put you right in the action.
Wish the UCI would watch this and drop the excuses about how hard it is to film a whole run

Such a shame to see Mercian close up. A beautifully crafted frame that stood out whenever one was spotted in the wild
I agree though that innovation and adaptation was needed. It’s worked for pashley where the original style is presented but with modern twists, such as the Morgan guvnor

Hard-line had always been a man made track with huge features dug, never just a natural ride down a mountain that’s the whole punta
Same for rampage, man made lines where athletes go to have free choice not bound by overbearing international federations etc.

The line into the hip wasn’t built on the last video that why it wasn’t ridden.
I love the track, really making people sit up and notice.
Some right fannies on here worried about the danger element of an extreme sport.

What in the wide wide world of sports is that?

Waterproof is a good idea, even if the forecast is good, lightweight and may save your life.
Trails can be a mix of everything but if it’s rock the grit stone is generally pretty sticky but that’ll depend on your route and tyres.
You’ll get away with arockrazor but the are grippier tyres out there but it’s a tricky thing to recommend without knowing more about your route or riding style.
It is a blooming ace spot to ride though so crack on

There’s the long way to cutgate or the short way

    The shop has messed up.
Why force the cut when meeting resistance. Always go slow at first when chasing threads.
Sorry that you’re going through this matey but the shop needs to make good.
    Not your fault

Watched this at Sheffield film Fest.
    What a load of rubbish.
    Warners voice over is cringe.
No connection with the riders just loads of random shots bouncing from one venue to another.
Shame, I was looking forward to it too

Find it what’s causing it then stop that
I tried cutting it a few things, red meat etc but it wasn’t until i stopped drinking that it finally went away.
Didn’t want to go on a daily meditation so made the choice to stop drinking and since then, 2yrs ago, no more gout.
It’s bloody painful and made me feel like a right old duffer, limping around so worth giving up the booze to feel better

more core layers equals warmer hands.
if it’s chilly chilly you’ll find me in 2 layers of down and wool i find this then keeps my for warm enough to spare heated blood for my extremities so i can then wear thinner gloves.
my favourite pair has always been the gore windproof or weirdly a pair of nike golfing gloves, these have a really long cuff which helps cut out gaps between sleeves and gloves

they tried to do this when i ran a coaching company.

fc didn’t follow through with it and seemed like other fc areas just pulled a number out of the air. i kept quiet and they went away, my insurance was still valid.

my thoughts are that they should just charge a flat rate licence fee for providers not a percentage.

it’s doing you good, keep it up fella.

like others say… keep it on low gear like a car would need to be whilst driving up a hill and your body will adapt.

    enjoy the ride
