Trekster i do suspect this will be a 4 hour ride and understand you have limited time, i am happy to start out for 8ish if that helps, and you really want to do the ride. If you cant make it i will be heading out around 9ish.

Trekster & Swingbing i did whinlatter earler this year, so reluctant to go back when there is so much natural stuff to ride. Think i will stick with Borrowdale bash on the 9th. Your welcome to join me if you decide against whinlatter.

We are stopping further south than i originally thought, small place called Ermones which is just south of Paleokastritsa.

The hotel offers “mountain biking” goole throws up a few companies which are offering different tours etc, but they dont look up to much.

Must be something good out there…

Forget the alps go where the sun shines the Pyrenees! Just back from a week in Luchon we uesd AQR and would recommend them without any hesitation.

I used to get this often due to playing squash, cortisone injection in the elbow would cure the pain try resting it first though.
