Yep, got the UFO fibre in York as part of the trial about 4 years ago. Talk Talk are our provider, never had a problem yet. Through lock down when demand was really high the slowest speed we got was 850mb/s.

Ignore the auto diagnosis. There seems to be quite a bit of artifact on the ECG which results in unreliable interpretation by the machine.

I’m not willing to diagnose anything on here or contradict a doctor who is significantly more qualified than I am. Any blood tests that were done would confirm the diagnosis you were given.

I’ve been intrigued by some of the science behind Wim and his abilities. This video gives a balanced view of his methods https://youtu.be/D6EPuUdIC1E

I think much of it comes down to him rather than any real science and others to achieve the same.

It’s a earthing spike. Now required as the grid no longer supply an earth line.

A YouTube channel called The Black Belt Barrister has recently released a video on this due the a case in the press. Might be worth a watch for some more info. He also provides links to the court ruling in full.

We did a butchery experience for my stag. During which we butchered a stag and then at the end it was cooked and we ate it. Followed by the obligatory drinks of course.

Everyone seemed to enjoy the day and the food.

You could try making a Windows boot drive on a USB with another system (if you have access) this should allow you to access some diagnostic tools. Also try and repair Windows.

There is a tiny/small chance that Windows update may have done something to change your boot partition. Have a look in the boot section of your BIOS and check that it is set to UFEI. If it is you can try changing it to Legacy to see if that resolves the issue.

Also if the boot process is getting you to the Grub loader, some Google time should help you through the steps to resolve.

Failing that your SSD/HDD is goosed.

I made something similar for when the boss was working from home. Used an oak work surface from B&Q that I had used for another project and repurposed. For what you are planning it should look fine. You could finish the edges and corners off to give it a softer shape.

Check the bead is fully seated. I had a similar issue when I first set up tubeless using Gorilla tape. I had a seal that would hold air but when the wheel was spun it looked buckled. Re taped the rims with a thinner tape and this gave the bead more room to seat. Problem was solved.

I would avoid a resin driveway. We got sucked in by the marketing pitch. Paid for additional ground work as we were told that without this we would not get the warranty cover.

Within 10 months we have dips in the surface where the cars sit. Then ensued 2 years of emails and phone calls before a post on social media got someone out to look at the problem (which was now far worse). Told I would be called to arrange the remedial works. That was 3 years ago… The company went into liquidation. My wife recently found a company using the same logo and similar name trading.

The company in question was resindrives.co.uk Ltd.

Not that I’m still bitter. But if you do go resin make sure the company you use is reputable with good work of mouth recommendations.

At least with something like block paving any good builder would be able to repair any dips. Unlike resin which would need the whole surface relaying to avoid patches and colour differences in the aggregate.

For street food they have really improved the area in the Shambles and you’ll be spoilt for choice.

The Pavement Vaults are excellent for food.

Pivni and Brew York for beers.

Coffee, we go to Lucky Days (there are 3 branches dotted around town now. It’s a small local firm doing well). Good light food too.

Unfortunately the Blue Bicycle has closed permanently following the 2015 floods.

This is a good website for independent businesses around town: https://www.indieyork.co.uk/

    Enjoy your break.

Little Jungle has a selection of colouring books, activity books and crayons. Along with some small toys. That’s kept her well entertained for the last few years (now 7). We’ve managed to dodge having to by a tablet for in the car as yet.

That and the old car games we used to play as children (eg eye-spy, although this was tricky until she got to reception age, before then we could necessarily see what see could. Polar bears aren’t that common).

I used a CD from Michel Thomas to learn Dutch. They have a Portuguese version https://www.michelthomas.com/learn-portuguese/

Could be worth a try? I get by with the outlaws and pubs/restaurants. That said I’m not surrounded by the language enough to build my conversational Dutch. You’ll probably stand a better chance.

Not an app but metcheck.com I find quite reliable for its 3 day forecast. Beyond 3 days most forecasts seem to be a guessing game.

I use mine on a generic roof bar and they are fine. Bars are square profile and use them with the clamps. The slotted bar “t” bolts (assuming they use a standard size slot) should fit any bar too.

This made more sense as I wrote it, hopefully it makes sense to you.
