ok second week and going well so far, however I'm getting pain in the front of my hips, any ideas what might be causing this. I had no probs on the mtb at the weekend but this morning on the road bike it was quite painful. Is it something to do with the set up or riding position?

Duncan unscrew the allen key bolt on top of the u turn and take off the u turn bit, carefully as there are small ballbearings in it. Take them out and put some grease around them. Replace ball bearings and u turn adjuster

Getting a Spec Allez Sport which has Specialized Mondo Sport w/ Flak Jacket protection, not sure about mounts for mudguards and stuff. Can leave kit in work so will not need to carry very much.

The route is quite hilly up and down over two valleys so not sure how long it will take first time out? Good advice about taking it slow in the way in though

EVA are very good much better than Virgin AF and Thai. Kuwait however are very poor, wouldn't recommend them

Try http://www.donegalcottageholidays.com, We go to the Rathmullan area every summer, great beaches, walks etc and only 20 mins from Letterkenny for cinema, childrens play place and swimming pool on rainy days. Also the prices in NI are similar to UK so you could stock up before the border
