OP I work in the industry and can give you some advice.

The price per sqm will vary according to the thickness and type of insulation you want/require and also the finish that you wish to put on top. Dry dash render, coloured render, brick effect etc.

Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is the cheapest insulation but you need to use a reasonable thickness to achieve a decent level of performance, usually at least 100mm.

Something like Kingspan K5 phenolic insulation will give a similar performance for roughly half the thickness of board, but this is more expensive.

Its important to consider openings, fixings, gas supply and roof overhang etc.

As someone mentioned Wetherby Building systems are one of the main system providers. It might be useful speaking to SPS envirowall as they have an outlet in Wales I believe.

Over Christmas we let our 2 yo stay up longer as we had family staying etc but it really made him very difficult to get to sleep. 2hrs plus just to get him to settle. When we went back to work and back to the normal routine and constant 7.15 bedtime, after 3 tough nights he was back to his usual pattern. Picks a book to read, stands by his cot waiting for me to lift him in and is asleep in 20 mins.

So stick to the routine, it works.

I like to think that Munster have won 1.5 more European Cups than Ulster, given the lack of English opposition the year Ulster won it, also 3 league titles to your one.

FFS we can only play whats in front of us. In 1999 we had Toulouse in our group and QF as well as Stade Francais in the SF so worthy winners. I believe Muster were also in it that year, the lack of English participants didn’t really help them out, dumped out in the QF by the team we beat in the final.

The year Muster won it for the first time, a long time after Ulster set the standard, you only had Sale in your group so don’t give me that!

I’ve used Hankook Ventus Evos for the pas three years and they are a good solid tyre. Get about 15-18k from the fronts.

However at my last change the garage suggested Maxxis and I have to say I don’t notice any difference so far, they were around 30% cheaper. I’ve only had them for 5k so can’t speak for longevity but seems good thus far.

Kingstar are a Hankook budget brand that I have on the wife’s car and they are are performing very well over the last 10k.
