For headtorch my wife has the Alp kit torch. Not sure the name of it though sorry, has a red light built into the battery pack.

So in my opinion you should buy before you propose…. however this could come back to bite you if your other half has a ring in mind and you chose something completely different.

For what its worth. I bought the engagement ring online and lucky for me my Wife really liked it. Jewellery web shop was the store I used.
However because I bought online and the design was not normal when we went to get the wedding ring we couldn’t buy a standard ring and had to get a custom design, this cost us a lot of money (not that much but more than I was expecting), this is the place we got this done Ring Workshop[/url] He was fantastic and If I had been in the UK I’d have probably bought both engagement and wedding rings from him.

    Good luck

When we picked we had a choice of boys and girls and narrowed it down to about 10 names of each sex. When our Daughter was born we both still hadn’t made our choice but decided shortly after seeing her.

    Mr Woppit
Now it is such a bizarrely improbable coincidence that anything so mindbogglingly useful could have evolved purely by chance that some thinkers have chosen to see it as a final and clinching proof of the nonexistence of God.
The argument goes something like this: “I refuse to prove that I exist,” says God, “for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing.”
“But,” says Man, “the Babel fish is a dead giveaway isn’t it? It could not have evolved by chance. It proves that you exist, and so therefore, by your own arguments, you don’t. QED.”
“Oh dear,” says God, “I hadn’t thought of that,” and promptly disappears in a puff of logic.
“Oh, that was easy,” says Man, and for an encore goes on to prove that black is white and gets himself killed on the next zebra crossing.

Quite possibly my favourite part. I have honestly lost track of the number of times I have read the books or listened to the radio shows. IMHO the best piece of written work ever written.

Very common here in Bogota,Colombia, means you can use the cicloruta’s (cycle paths) to avoid the traffic. Would I? Not a chance!

As some people have said above I would go for a fixed rate bond. RBS will give you 2.4% net for a year. given I only get 0.75% in my cash ISA think I probably should be moving some money around 🙁

Makara Peak in Wellington. Although both of the places above were great. I guess it partly depends on what type of riding do you normally do?

Picasa is what I’m using though I don’t think it is anywhere near as good. I’m currently saving for a mac mainly because of iphoto.

have a look on youtube for core strength/stability workouts.

I find this one quite good, though you do need a stability ball.

Or as others have said Pilates/yoga work well.

Yes I run with my daughter in our chariot (single). We even managed a 5km race a few weekends ago managed a respectable time of 24min . Due to where I live (Bogota, Colombia) all the running I do is on pavements/closed roads, its also flat which I am glad of. Daughter seems to fall asleep most times while out.

Its the only exercise I get at the moment so quite happy with my progress. Next race will be a 10km, plan is for a sub 50min time though this will depend on how busy it is during the race.

Not sure about the elevation. I always tend to use Elevation corrections on connect.garmin however I have a 705 it could be that the 800 is much better.
I have found this site useful with regards to reviews and how to do things.

As has been said above if you can run a 5k in 25min you should not struggle.
If you want a training plan I have found that the runners world ones work quite well. Think that you might need to register to get some of them but some are free.

I have one, its ok but the battery life is not amazing (my Wife’s iPhone 3gs is much better). They have just been updated to Android 2.2 which is supposed to improve battery life but I find I still need to charge it every night.

Having said that for me it is not a problem to charge every night and I do like the fact if my baby gets a hold I know that it will be ok. It can also can be washed off in the sink to keep it clean. I use a case and screen protector with mine as I don’t trust that the screen will not be scratched.

The phone has the swype keyboard which once you are use to it makes a lot of sense for typing. I find the screen easy to read and works well in all light conditions. I also like the way that you can customise the screens and the notification lights.

For me it was the only choice mainly due to it being waterproof.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Mark,
I downloaded the file then converted the file on my computer using calibre to the kindle format (.mobi). I then moved the file into the kindle folder on my phone.

The original file also works on my wife’s Sony reader.

Really good idea making things into kindle format and looking forward to more publications.
