Does that jobsworth stand fit a 29″ wheel with the tyre still on?

Do the mount bolts have washers on them? I had this problem with shimano mounts so just used different bolts

Thanks for the replies, I will try my wheel in a set first to make sure there is plenty of room around the arch, but being as I have a hans dampf its not far off 27.5″ anyway.
