    Here’s mine

Not sure the gravel bike counts but it is rigid.

    For me it’s,
    29″ wheels
    Disc brakes
    Good tyres

Cycling UK for me. As has been said above, they do more for the type of cycling I’m interested in.

Quick ride around the block, everything seems good. Not as “long” as the name might suggest but it seems to fit me very well.
Hopefully get out for a longer ride over the weekend.
Really looking forward to putting some miles on this.

    Ah bugger!
I guess I’m just going to have to suck it and see as I’ve ordered one now.
Well after reading Bez’s reply I at least know to get an inline seatpost.

Yep frame only, I’ll be running it as a 29er as that’s what wheels I’ve got. The only thing I will need is a seatpost as the big bro is 30.9, hopefully everything else should swap straight over ( hopefully hoses and cables are long enough).

Thanks for the reply, sounds very promising.
Yeah I noticed there doesn’t seem to be a 2020 model on the genesis site, fortunately I quite like the orange of the 2019.

I don’t really need a touring bike, but that pinnacle looks amazing for the money. Must resist!

I’ve recently fitted a goping high rise stem, the bikes much more comfortable now.

How ever many hundred channels on sky and it’s the only thing worth watching. My plan when I win the lottery is to build a forge in one of my many outbuildings and make rubbish knives all day.

Some Thomson dirt drops and a stem on new years eve if that counts. And I ordered some mudguards about an hour ago.

Current bike is a disc trucker and I can’t see me ever getting rid of it. I’ve bought and sold a fair few bikes over the years and of all of them I’ve only ever regretted the surlys a karate monkey, a krampus and a straggler (had a cross check for a while but never really got on with it). Just wish they were a bit more sensibly priced over here, from what I gather they’re quite a cheap and cheerful bike in the states.

Pretty sure leisure lakes in tarleton have a hire bike.

Give them a bell on 01772814990, most of the guys there ride fat bikes, and they have occasional shop rides round the dunes and pine woods.

Malvern Rider, wow I really want to get out on the bike after reading you’re reply. You’ve just summed up everything I love about riding far more eloquently than I ever could. But yeah “what’s the point of mountain biking to me” I just bloody enjoy it, nothing more, nothing less.

Normal man- can’t find any xl’s and to be fair as much as I miss my old one I fancy something different.
Cokie- stooge is definitely on the list, especially now he’s doing a big one.
Faustus- I’ve heard the tyre clearance isn’t great on the inbred, and I’m just not that ‘into’ it.

Does anyone know the spacing on the new longitude frame and fork?

Thanks for the replies. Cokie I really like the idea of a stooge but at 6’3″ until they start making a big one I don’t think ots going to be suitable, I want a bike that actually fits me properly this time which is part of the reason I’ve sold the krampus it always felt a bit on the small side.
