Given up trying to read the forum on my phone (android/chrome).
Usual problem is when I open a thread I only see the first few posts and no amount of reloading will get the rest of the thread to appear.

Is disappointed – I was expecting a man dancing in a canoe!

This. Especially when he took his shoes off.

Very few midges on Mull or the Kyle of Bute. I think I’ve been very lucky.

Same. I was on Mull last saturday and no midge issues at all.

It’s a hangup Binners, and in my case a fairly deep seated one. It goes along with some other social anixety issues and I’m afraid it’s not as simple as just saying ‘why care’. It’s the way my head is wired, not just a case of cba or don’t fancy it.

    Very much the same here

Saturday – road ride from Blairgowrie to Dunkeld then Pitlochry. Return over the Moulin road.

Sunday – Glen Lyon, Loch Tay and Glen Quaich on the motorbike. The ‘Hydro’ road from Glen Lyon to Glen Lochay is in a really poor state now.

    ^ That’s a bit of a concern.

What are other brands equivalents to 4000/5000s? I’ve been using 4000s since about 2014 and not kept up with what else is out there.

Useful info, I’ve been swithering about 28c 5000s.
On 25c 4000s at the moment but there’s not much room to spare.

Cabinet Office minister Michael Gove has been alerted by NHS Test and Trace to say he had come into contact with someone with coronavirus.

The senior Conservative had recently returned from Portugal after supporting Chelsea in the Champions League final.

Instead of self isolating for 10 days, Mr Gove will take daily Covid tests as part of a pilot scheme designed to measure testing effectiveness.

Spain has said it is officially lifting restrictions for UK travellers from Monday, when a decree takes effect.
They will not need a PCR test.

Yes, rode it back in 2010, just from Sent to the top of the gorge and back. TBH I didn’t ride all the carved out path, too chicken.

Also ridden a wee bit at Nauders and Resia. These weren’t biking holidays, just hired a bike for a day or two to explore.

OP; I did your route in the opposite direction, think it was about 77 miles. One of my best days out on the bike, conditions were perfect.

55, had the AZ jab at 10.30am on thursday. By 10 pm started to feel under the weather with shivers and aches. Woke at 3am with a headache and sweating, took paracetamol. Fine the next morning but injection site still sore to touch today.
All very standard from reading other posts.

If anyone has the 18l Escapist, I’m assuming that I will fit: Jeans, boxers, socks, shirt, shoes, rain coat, deodorant, lunch box, tablet, chargers and a few bike bits like pump, tube etc?

I’ve got one, it’s a tight fit for clothes, shoes and lunch
