From Kinloch Rannoch by road to Trinafour and A9 cycle path. At Dalnaspidal go down Loch Garry then carry on south to Loch Rannoch. The middle from the end of Loch Garry to Duinish can be boggy!

I can’t remember cycling but if I went a walk there was always noticeable blood in my pee.
After 3 weeks I went to the hospital to have it removed and was told I wouldn’t need an anaesthetic :-(
