I regularly eat a lot of sweets, chocolate and cake. However these have become cravings. Not just an odd chocolate bar there and there but massive binge eating. Just not i have eaten a multipack of whispers and a multipack of twirls. One after the other without stopping.
Its starting to concern me because i just cant stop at the moment. How can i stop? its causing me a fair bit of worry tbh.
Same here (for ref I’m 5’9″). During the first lockdown I went from 13/5 to 11/11 and felt so much better. Since then I’ve been working from home and gone up to 15/9, the heaviest I’ve ever been by quite a margin. I’m binging a lot, not even taking my time to enjoy it. I don’t seem to have the will power to stop.
