I thought it was cool probably being the last car before the coach as I drove out of Brighouse yesterday. People 5+ deep for at least 2.5/3 miles.

My nephew’s team won the local under 13s league last year for the second time with a coach who screams at them to GET IT AWAY. From an earlier age they had been allowed to ‘rush’ the ball. 5 players going for the ball.

Nobody is taught to find space, provide an outlet early enough. Be comfortable in possession.

You could put god in charge of the national team but IMO they’ll still win nothing while there’s people coaching juniors with this approach.

If you have got the splines lined up properly have you cleaned and greased the thread on the inside of the crank before trying to tighten up the crank bolt? Maybe there’s some crap in there stopping it at one point.

You should be able to tighten your bb cups up by hand then just nip them the last bit. If you’ve tightened by hand and there’s still thread showing I’d suggest looking in the bin for some spacers. Don’t know if this is the case?

Sounds like there’s either something in the splines of the shaft or in the crank arms. Or maybe the metal’s been deformed from over exubberance. Hard to just hazard a guess from this info

Also had a similar problem when the pads overhung the braking surface, and caught on it’s spokes(brake manufacturers own rotor, specifically for that caliper too

Yeah me too. Only fouling the ‘spokes’ of the rotor by a mm or two but t’was enough.

Sleeper train south out of BKK after a 14 hour flight and stop in Abu Dhabi was a winner. Then off the train and as a lot will know the boat ride to Samui is food for the soul.

Spent a month in the sticks in Isaan. Temples mainly and oowee, in June it was hot. Went back in January and it was perfect. Cool nights, no sore throat air con.

Chiang Mai’s a winner too.

The best piece of advice I could give to anybody wanting to travel in SE Asia is to try not to stick to a busy schedule. The rush in Thailand is all in BKK, it can be stressful to have to rush to do something. Go with the flow, make plans but keep them loose.

and don’t drink too much Thai whisky.
