Whilst there is no question Barcelona were the better team over the 2 legs, last night until I thought they were petulant & cynical falling over at every opportunity until they got the 1st goal.

It’s a shame really as 11 v 11 better or not Arsenal were still in it, when Van Persie got sent off it was always going to be a matter of time until Barcelona scored again.

It would be nice just for once to be able to say that they were beaten by the better team & there was no cynicism from the opposition & no awful decisions from the ref effected the result.

ADvantage is an awful front tyre, when I tried an orange 5 with them on both ends I kept washing out.

Works fine as a rear tyre tho.

I had the salesman in the apple store trying to convince me about as I was also curious.

In the end I decided I was happy with using my ps3 to stream music from my computer.

As far as drm goes on movies & music from itunes it really winds me up – if I pay for a movie on the itunes store I cannot stream it to my telly via the ps3 – but if I download it illegally I can, it’s never right.

Do you know about the history of this brand? One of the pioneer ‘British’ MTB brands. Early Saracens went up Kilimanjaro, before most folk realised you could take a bicycle onto terrain more demanding than a tow path. My first ‘proper’ MTB was a Saracen Tufftrax, 20 odd years ago, and quite a few on here would’ve cut their MTB teeth on a Saracen.

The travesty was that the brand fell into disrepute, and became associated with cheap bikes. I for one am glad to see them ‘back’. Best of luck to ’em. Might not be the same Saracen as back then, but I’d definitely ride one of these new bikes. Don’t underestimate the power of nostalgia.

Yes I do. It is a travesty the way the brand was treated, but a rep is a very easy thing to lose, but they are definitely going in the right direction.

I hope not – cos they are great looking bikes. It seems these days every thing is a rebrand or remake..

As much as I like the rebranded Saracens they are still saracens.

Why relaunch a broken brand when you could launch an exciting new name without the bad rep of being crap.

Someone like Big Audio Dynamite are just doing it for their pension – they know enough people whom used to like them are now wealthy middle class middle management looking to relive their youth they will pay any price.

The music scene has always been about catching bands before they blow up – that way you get to see them when they are hungry & passionate instead of going through the motions.

Thought it was great an album released in October 2009 won this years best album. Obviously not as good as any of these albums –

    Dizzee Rascal – Tongue n’Cheek
Florence & the Machine – Lungs
Kasabian – West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum
Lily Allen – It’s Not Me, It’s You
Paolo Nutini – Sunny Side Up

Cos those were the ones nominated last year…

is it an unwritten rule as if you present the Brits you must die on your ass, in Corden’s case there is alot of ass to die on…

Well, first day didn’t go particularly well, have felt sick and dizzy all day whenever I put them on and end up feeling like I’m about to walk into a door or wall whenever I walk around in them. Is this normal?

Were you drinking heavily yesterday? I find that sometimes causes the above symptoms.

That’s true, it’s a shame cos when it goes it there way they are unplayable, they’ve got the throwing the toys out of the pram mentality of their manager.

Anyway regarding England – it’s quite obvious why we played well & won last night – no Steven Gerrard. Now before you say I’m a hater, you could’ve quite easily swapped him for Lampard, as long as only one of them plays we do ok – it seems to be only a succession of England managers who think they can play together, whenever one or both of them is missing England have a much more balanced & better side.

Sky player is apparently coming to ps3 – I would get one over an xbox as we use ours daily.

Streams music & films from laptop, linked to lovefilm account – quality is surprisingly good, also plays blu ray, games, iplayer, 4od, itv player (not that anyone with a brain seems to watch much on itv).

It’s even got qriocity sony’s bodged attempt at delivering spotify.

Don’t just standby, start saving energy with a free LIME energy saving plug worth £19.99. This intelligent plug turns your appliances off standby in one easy click via your remote control. Households in the UK now spend around 10% of their electricity bill on standby power, with the average household having up to 12 gadgets left on standby at any one time. (source: Energy Saving Trust). Leaving items on standby wastes energy and money, so start thinking ‘savings’ not ‘standby’ with a free LIME energy saving plug and you could save up to £20 on your energy bills.

    So where does it measure?!
