You need to stick to proven cross geo,Kinesis,Ritchey (from scott) as well as the obvious ridleys,Depends on your price range, but people buying no name frames from china have big issues with handling due to design,Ive raced cross since a very young age and getting right fit on the bike (not road bike or mtb fit) is really more key than material.Take LS for an example who rides the same frames year on year because they are perfect fit for a cross racer of his size.Ive declinded sponsors bikes for poor fit and it makes a huge difference,Charge and planet x arent race bikes…hope that helps

Its currently in the garage now being MOT’d and i will consult my dad later..he’s a lawyer, basically trying to sort it myself because his office went up in smoke last week and he’s going on hol on weds so last thing he needs to sort out is this!
I just feel moronic (which i probably am,I will right it on my visor from now on )

Having called the Other chap he has agreed to no go through the insurance, but with the bill for his car at a grand of costs. However if i go through insurance,i have 250 excess and the posibility of them not honouring it due to lack of mot plus i need to try and work out how much losing my no claims and the increase cost of my insurance in the future will cost.
thanks for the advice,Ill keep thinking of solutions.

Who liked the Jump I built at the Bottow of the long climb on the offcamber on the second half of the course? I cant speak now from shouting “do a whip” “Do a Skid” or “your winning”

I’m doing a degree that I thought i would A,enjoy B,take a first or at least a 2-1 I didn’t want to do a degree In bio medical science (because I couldn’t make the grades for medicine) Etc etc etc.I have sought feed back and generally its the companies view that it isn’t economically viable or there are no training schemes available. To give you more back ground to my CV,I set up My own company last year called 4crosswheels (which is profitable) and I have set up another one for components since then (even though ive sold my shares).I have Linguistic experience In French and Japanese. So my degree maybe laadeedaa but I am achieving more at 19 then others do at other ages,Or so i hope. Thanks for the suggestions of where to contact I have sent out emails and called up (fishers weren’t interested in helping and said no programs exist).Im on Bike Biz jobs all the time fear not.
    Thanks Bruce

i dont honestly know why you’d even contemplate xo? haha 980xtr is fantastic,i had no amount of xx related problems last year it certainly does not last either ! xo is like shimano slx level if we’re honest…the upshift on xtr is good enought to make you buy the whole lot

my 2 pence… i prefere to race on tubs they ride so much nicer…. 50mm are fine in all but the worst wind if the course has some proper sustained climbs then i will ride shallow section….tubs again…
i train on ksyrium sl-ltds because theyre stiff and bombproof ( i live in the peak district) and i will race on a 66mm for crits (stiffer) which is 1400g a 50mm which is 1295g and a 20 mm which is 1038g
i like the way that a shallow rim picks up speed on climbs, depends how heavy you are thought to be honest
