guys lets be slightly more sensitive here.People are lost ,to be honest no-one know where they are, there may even have been life lost.
So aside from the fact it mildly amusing to plot or synthesise idea tone it down abit, unless it was hit by a strike o’lightning (then you can sing oasis all day long.)

I find a small armadillo about 45mins before gives that ideal long release energy needed. Then a shrew 5mins before better short release(more sugary)
    hope this helps 😆

IN reply to enfht if i’m this apparent gaylord-what ever does this wrod mean?Im completely straight i have a girlfriend and i gave the two reasons for wearing baggies there is another…old men trying to look hip and cool wearing skater shoes and riding with flats..This look DOESN’T mske you younger merely sadder.
I think that if your actually gay thenyour not really going to care about what people say.
off topic but does shaving your legs mean your gay??? 😈

Can I point out that everyone was a so called “jey” boy when mtbing began.
If it wasn’t for these “jeys” who started it off we wouldn’t be talking on this forum…we may mock them ,as i’am think wearing lyrcra is fine and tbh most people who wear baggies are trying to cover up rolls of or are the young super fit type who think the skater look is still in…
well as always i digress to say retro as with all things is cool….
skinny jeans and pointy shoes??? its the same with the oringinal lycra clad message,Except thankfully the colour have been toned down abit.
Lycra is cool in both sense of the word, practical and shows you are a proper cyclist, lycra is still cooler than baggys so don’t mock anyone about it .
anyway hope it doesn’t issult the “baggy trousers crew” 😆

carbon fibre is mined by pixies….it is flown on the back of a migrating swallows; fibre by fibre from the Democratic republic of congo. Therefore it is very environmentally friendly,no fossil fuel was used In transport :D,but can lead to a big carbon footprint… 😆

2×9 is the way forward,in all rides and races this year i have ridden all of the course in my big ring 44-34 ….more fluid riding style increased speed ..andfor anyone who say’s that its fine if you live in a flat place well thats a fair point but since i live in near edal in the peaks and have large hills all around …..i’ve riden up shatton hill in my big ring ,thats steeper than jakobs lader.
hope thus you will convert because if your going slow enough to ride your granny ring you may aswell walk…no offence
    Thanks
