look you get the gist of what i'm saying……if you have carbon soled shoes with uberstiff soles then all is good.
thisisnotaspoon …dont get me started on tyres ;).
flatties rely on a flat sole to grip the pedal…so confuisus shoes with no grip maketh a man fall over in mud.

29ers……singlespeeds we don't live in the dark ages…..flatties great is you want to fall over in the mud, lose 50% effiecientcy, and look like a american skater boy….coil shocks.heavy and crap…tubes….why not tubeless?….baggies…just plain silly.

    rant over calm……..

i no they are lightly managed…i have had stuff to do with local shoots so know a bit about that.
I also have done a full reckee to see where the pheasants are….today i actually took up raisins and put them down for the them.
im not trying to incite anger and with the givern response will stop 🙁

well I have only done some light management…so if there is a problem i will do no more…i'm trying to get local kids and riders involved,I also have used natural techniques,to move things i have replanted bushes i have cut off and have actually cleared the bridleways so you can ride along without being with out being hit in the face. There by doing the work of the owners for free,i'm thinking since i have not made jumps or dug up irresponsibley………
    so there

no but no of him….i may have stumbled across the ground..happening to clear things out of the way etc….all of it is natural and i have replanted bushed and covered over any digging so it cannot be seen unless you know where your going.

go down to your local oriental supermarket and buy a large chinese style cleaver, and buy a untility high carbon steel knife shorter thin blade .This is all you need ,keep razor sharp and i use mine for everything, learn to use your knife, that i personally think make more difference than the knife used.
    hope that helps

cross is an hour of balls out racing..baisically endurence cross isn’t cross, the lap at 5 miles would be alot too far.
other than that.good principle, cross is my favourite disipline and anyone should give it a go.
