Mtb i never ride with speedo…anyway its how fast you go up..anyone can go down fast.
I got 90kmh in a bunch on a race in near bolton.

i have 4 set ups on my mtbs….
1×9 xtr with 11-34 35 or 39 or 32 depending on the course…
2×9 with truvativ noir….ti rings 39-28
2×9 with cannondale si with ti rings 39-27
2×9 with si again….29-42
never struggle on anything….oh except 35t single round margam park…

evo's are fine all over I ride hard in the peaks and run 2.1 evos and 2.25 on my hardtail…theyre lightfast and grip well….If you dont like them on the front learn to ride .
If me and Njee20 can ride with furious freds on the front most should be able to ride a ralph on the front.
