Health is good apart from the ribs and murmer problem, I found out last week I got a spot in the london marathon so was going to start training for that. Never smoked and maybe have 2-3 pints a week.
The doctor said it was like a budum shhh.

Thanks for the advice and info so far, spoke to some other guys this morning and they are on 3k a year more for doing the same job. They have worked there longer than me but I don’t see how that works either.

What grade wet and dry did you use? If you have broken through the clear coat then you won’t be able to polish it or re clear it. If you buy clear coat from halfords its not as easy as just flicking a bit of paint over the area. If you need to polish the paint back up from where you have sanded it down then t cut isn’t abrasive enough. You will need something like farecla g3/g6 which is more of a compound than a polish

Im getting back into running too and now when i get back I have a protein shake, freezing cold bath for about five mins then a hot shower after.

I would have drowned doing some of this stuff. Its like Diversity off britains got talent. But underwater and with a full face of make up

Due to the Forestry Commission Live Music Concerts, Birches Valley Visitors Centre Car Park will close early to members of the General Public on :

Friday 29th June – closes at 3.30pm
Saturday 30th June – closes at 3.30pm

The Car Park will re-open at 5.00pm for Concert Ticket Holders only. The upper car park will be closed all day on both the Friday and Saturday.

Follow the Dog and the Monkey trail will both be open as normal during this period. If you intend to be on the trail after 3pm on either Friday 29th or Saturday 30th June, alternative car parking will be available at Tackeroo Campsite.

Also from Monday 25th June to Wednesday 4th July, a large number of heavy vehicles will be using Birches Valley for Concert Site setup and take down so please take extra care during this time.
