Ive now got a galaxy note 2 which lasts 2 days without charge as the battery is very high ah and its removable so you can buy even higher ah batterys off ebay. Ive heard good things about a motorolla which has a very good battery all above are android with usb as the charging point.

In a word no, I have my tablet linked to my phone via 3g just as fast as my work colleauges dongle, he was very smug with his new ee phone and 4g till he couldent get the 4 g signal and the following week he had run out of data on a £50 pm contract, I’m on 3 I always have signal and 3g and I work all over the UK no issues, there are 2 versions of the ip5 one 4g ready and one 4g out of the box so ask if anyone ever decides to buy one, with three I received an email stating that 3 customers on the one plan get 4g free anyway unlimited as 3 is the “inter netting” company, 3 sold part of the rights to ee for 4g and off com allowing all other networks to release it as its unfair, three will be the only one who will offer unlimited 4g at a reasonable price.

As for my 5 its the 3rd one I’ve had, and i still cant connect to any wifi at all, ive even spoke to a wifi engineer who works installing and trouble shooting wifi systems, and he also has the same issue. drops calls and decides on its own whenever to take me back to the home screen and close apps/ whatever i was doing, just lost all faith in apple since i got my ip5 i had a one x previous and loved it, faster bigger screen and better call quality but it got stolen,

Ip5s going for £300 the xoom tablet voted 5 stars in most tests and dubbed the ipad 3 killer and its running latest os, one x is voted better than the 4s power wise and useability, one x £200-240 on tbay and the xoom tab is 190-250 depending on cond, iv looked avidly into this and my ip5 is just terrible tbh, also the ip5s is out at xmas
