he gets all the work as he undercuts everyone, and takes old stuff in the deal refurbs then sells on so he allways gets the work in, tools do go missing and people do hold him up but he stamps his feet and gets his own way as he licks the mds arse of a company we sub to, but when tools go missing its us who get the shit for it, he once used one of my stabila levels (expensive) as a pry bar as he couldent be arsed to go to the van to get a prybar, bent my level and when i asked are you going to replace that he just laughed and said just buy a new one, i pay you enough. My brother is like you lol, he owns a, 3l german s capri, a mk1 escort van, mk1 fiesta supersport, two mk 4 fiestas and 2 2.8l capris mk3 but hes just had his newest car, well a van a transit connect, its more reliable than his old carb type cars, comfier and dosent take a body builder to change gear or park (no power steering) if you want basic motoring look at basic c1s or older saxos ul get power steering and thats about it tbh, or look into a land rover, a lot of farmers round our way have em n theyre 20plus years old even newre ones still have barely any specs, but their built to do certain things

Ive never had a issue with three tbh, they have bent over backwards, i had poor signal ,tried the signal boost text, update on off etc, no avail, they sent a new sim card next day, didnt work, then day after a brand new handset with £25 off my next bill, iv had good service in the 4 years id bin with them, voda are terrible i took them to court as they resold my returned phone and i ended up getting the new customers bls!!!! 02 kept dropping signal and texts never went through and poor tarrifs, i use on average 6gb data pm on my phone so three is the only network that can cater for my needs, theyve also just booked me my new iphone 5 and knocked me £9 pm off my current monthly bill, lumina range ok i had one as a courtesy phone good for everyday use imo

Funnily enough a friend of mine has started a facebook page witg food challanges hes done, the flaming challange in sizzler pubs is a regular lunch for us now : ) hes a pro body builder so on his off days he eats a lot!!!!!!! Hes beasted the 10 item brekkie, and a 50oz mixed grill in a blackpool greasy spoon, also a local curey house does a mixed kebab that is “huge” but dosent sacrifice taste, me and tge wife get one between us and theres allways some left, and a 60 chicken nuggs from mc donalds in 30mins is a doozy, tgeres a new american diner just open and already hes their worst nightmare, a small challange is a massive burger stack (9 burgers) bacon cheese, onion rings, crispy onions and bbq chicken fillets, massive portion of fries, two corn on cob and side onion rings, and some chilli cheese bites, with 2 litres of coke, but theres talk of a 50oz burger comming soon, i attempted a 30oz burger in teneriefe at harleys i failed big time, but the prize. Was 230euros and free food and drinks for the rest of the week, the wife wernt happy as it was our honeymoon lol

Where you need your service valves, how far away a socket has to be away from a water source??, joist spacing, what btu rads to use? I did my whole house (3bed semi but 3 double beds) for 19k, im a tradesman, the father in law a sparky, me bro a gas/plumber and my uncle a joiner, all the rest was done by myself (decorator/multi trade) i used all my favours and when i did my kitchen i worked for a huge firm which got 70% off howdens kitchens, the paint i allready had as my stock, and all items/materials were all trade price with no labour fees,

Average joe would have spent triple easily what i spent, no social life and all my holidays plus unpaid leave for a month, 18hour days and strain on the wife.

My best advice (i also do this as a living) is to do the wiring/plumbing get the mess out of the way 1st fux etc, then center on kitchen, bathroom, and a clean room ie bedroom, u need a place to relax after grafting all day (if your living in build) and materials allways end up in living room which i completed last (other than gardens) its a mammouth task even when i know that im not getting ripped off and project running, let alone making sure the builders are doing a good job making brews (important) and then liasing with project manager, iv noe done this 4 times on my own homes/flats and approx 28 as jobs, father in law used to be a project manager for schools/leisure builds so he knew the crack, he went back on the tools due to stress.

Wont the pressure sensitive adhisive be disturbed underneath breaking the “sheet” of adhisive underneath?? Best way would be to rip up, salvage what you can, clean with a degreaser and re screed i like to use instermac or mapai both 2part latex based, then use ardex ardurapid towards the edges just to make sure then use a pressure sensitive glue, narrow tooth trowel in curved strokes and re lay tiles, karndean is readily avl but depends what style, da vinci? Or another line, try and order the same batch numbers as color and tone can vary massively. I used to work for a karndean/gerflor/marmoleum specialist.
