I`ve got a Karcher K4, great bit of kit, got a longer hose for it and the lance with the little spinning ball is excellent for cleaning the drive.

I bought an Antur sleeping mat, packs down to next to nothing, no insulation, and I pop my thermarest on top of it. Partial inflation so whichever boney bit is just and so off the ground and its great. Far cheaper than buying a thick mat and was dead comfy on 2 x 2 week camping trips last year on my motorsickle. I’m 52 don’t you know 😀

I’ve dived in the old standard dress withe the long hose, it’s excellent, comfortable and dry apart from your hands 👌

You’re in luck! Not only am I a commercial diver but a dive supervisor to boot 😁 I’d suggest a Halfords foot pump for the supply and a hose straight to your gob, exhale out of your nose and it’ll be fine, remember, breathe out on the way up 👍

Yep, filled all the pivot bearings with waterproof grease so I`m not dropping £100 on a load of bearings in 8 months time like I had to on my last bike

I love mine cos basically I don`t want to spend the time and effort getting mega fit to enjoy riding the trails I do 😀

I had a fad on a 2.8i capri when a workmate was selling his for £400, took it for a test drive and it was dog shit 😀 I went back to my RS escorts 😀 😀

I’ve given up about riding pants, it’s shorts for me and occasionally roady leg warmers. With jeans at 36″ waist and 38″ leg there’s nowt out there that will fit me and I’m not paying big money for mtm 😬😬🤔

I got some normal shorts and use polaris leg warmers for a warm lower legs. I’ve a 38″inside leg, no that’s not a mistype 😂

Buy a couple of mint Honda sp1 and sp2 bikes, they won’t lose any cash and prices are in the up.
I bought a BMW Hp2 sport, cast iron cash maker that 😁

I’ve had a wahoo elemnt for a while and I love it. Great battery life, reliable, good simple nav and with it paired to my phone easy to configure. I prefer no touch screen as I sometimes run with it in a pocket and get it out to check. I had a garmin 800 and far prefer the elemnt 👍👍 miles cheaper than a garmin was as well

Try an emtb just for a laugh, avoid santa cruz cos that’s just middle aged man shouting “I can afford one!” 😂

Nobody loving cube emtb’s? I got a 2020 model stereo 140 tm in October last year and apart from eating at chain in 150 miles it’s excellent! Great vfm, carbon front triangle, gen4 motor and mt7 brakes for £4600 although I did get a discount and bought a fast charger 👍frustrating now we’re in lockdown as it was gonna get some hammer in this drier weather! Mods made to mine are a bigger fox volume spacer in the rear shock as it was bottoming out seeing as I’m a big lad 😉 and some dmr deathgrips. Check out the emtb review for £5000 bikes on the previous link for a review of this bike

    Got this on my email
Prior to the Covid-19 Crisis, the GoodSAM App was used to alert Off-duty medical professionals to cardiac arrest. It is currently being updated to enable you to provide help to your community. YOU WILL NOT BE ALERTED TO EMERGENCIES and the App will change over the coming days.

Apparently the app is going to change to give more information of what you volunteer for. Give it a couple of days and check back. 👍👍😁

I’ve done a few hundred miles on my cube 140 tm all proper mountain biking and it’s excellent! I’ve never once thought this has been a waste of money. When you can buy a well specced emtb for less that a lot of these boutique bikes it’s a no brainer. Even the middle aged man’s favourite, santa cruz, has an emtb that Danny macaskill chucks about 😁🤣

If you want a refresh rather than a new bike atm I’d suggest fitting a dropper post, shorter stem and wider bars for a more modern fun bike experience. It’s not what you ride it’s you ride 😁

Why not keep with cube? Try a stereo 140 tm 👍👍😁

Have a look at the wahoo elemnt, I got one after a garmin 800 and find it easier to use, great battery life and easy for navigation 👍

If you plan on halfway being a cafe stop buy a fast charger, lighter and cheaper than another battery. I got a bosch one when I got the bike, very handy unless your battery isn’t bosch 🤔
Aftermarket brake discs are getting to the 220mm mark, work getting one and seeing how it feels, I’ve got magura mt7’s on my cube and they’re a rather good 4 pot 😍

😂 That’s right, my brain said limited but my fingers typed custom 🙄😂 better spec than most of the cars I’ve had 👍

I’ve had my 65 plate tranny custom limited for a couple of months and so far love it 👍 it’s a swb panel van. I carpeted the rear as well as sound deadening all the panels and floor, it’s got a thunk now instead of a clang if you tap the panels! 😂 I removed the bulkhead and before I did all that found it too noisy, the biggest difference to that I found was the carpet 👍 it’s really well specced being a custom as well ❤️

I’ve got one of the mobi 15l washers. Used it a good bit and very impressed, well worth £50 👍👍

I’m 50 next year so I’ve booked a month off work, gonna travel through Europe camping and motorcycling down to split in Croatia to meet my Mrs for a 10 day holiday. She’s flying back and I’ll ride back for another week or so 😁👌
Should be good weather the back end of July 😀

Occasionally I unscrew the end cap, pump the pedal full of grease and screw the cap back on. Screwing the cap on pushes the grease down the pedal and the old stuff comes out of the spindle end, can be done while still fitted to the bike 👍😁🚲

I’ve honestly never had a problem with the silicon squeegee marking panels. I always give it a clean down before I use it tho

I got a £10 gift voucher and bought some autoglym stuff called magma for getting iron bits off yer wheels. It’s turns red after a couple of minutes so it’s worth getting! A quick pressure wash off and bobs your uncle 👍👍😁
I bought a silicon squeegee about 15 years ago for wiping dry the car, takes no time at all 😊

Tbh I’d rather have him dragging me back than somebody who’s fell apart panicking 😁 had a discussion about this film with a mate and he couldn’t get it that the diver just couldn’t come to the surface and be picked up 😂 the fact that he wasn’t breathing air or had any buoyancy device wasn’t considered lol!

Scottoiler, sheer brilliance for keeping your chain lubed and lasting longer. Look at getting led headlight conversion. I had a daytona 955i, great engine 😁

I believe the new bosch motor is gonna be revealed in the next few weeks so I’m going to hang on to see what it’s like. I’d rather not buy a new bike that’s got “old” tech for full price 🤔😁 I’ll more than likely go for the 160 flavour with a new bike 👍😀🚲
