Mate of mine bought a complete bike – in bits so I could build it for him (I like doing that!)
they sent a std size stem with oversize bars and a front brake adaptor for the rear brake 🙄

When I did mine I just got fed up after a couple of weeks and started using it a little bit… it got better then!
My dr told me to rest it for 2-4 weeks and then just do what I felt I could, and stop when it hurt. I did just that and was back on the bike after 5 weeks (on the road with suspension) and doing proper stuff after about 10 weeks.

I have a 09 v70 2.0l diesel – and get 35mpg out of it 😕

Worst diesel I have had so far on the fuel side, nice car otherwise and just as a point it doesn’t make any difference what I put on the car (4 bikes on roof and trailer tent behind) or how I drive it stays the same 😯

66.6% of my bikes are rigid singlespeed’s – now that goes with my beard 😉

The rest of my ‘fleet’ is in bits till the summer!

Um.. I have a Charge Duster SS frame with nice bits added – Bought the whole bike 2 years ago and have upgraded everything (except the stem and frame :wink:)

Look at anything from Astra to Volvo for big boot to fit bikes!

I looked at the Qashqi and ended up with a volvo v70 for the same money!

Yes! once cooked the fish is safe to be re-frozen. You cannot re-freeze defrosted raw fish, even if alot of fish wholesalers and retailers do…..

A good GP is almost impossible to find, but when you do, getting an appointment is almost impossible….(i found one!)

I would honestly say go to a different GP for something very minor soon and see if you feel more confident, if not keep trying… It seems getting a good GP is as difficult as getting a NHS dentist these days 😥
