I think France should be prosecuted for human rights violations

I mean why are all those people so desperate to leave a country with a socialist agenda, cheaper booze and fags and better weather than us?

They must be carrying out some form of inhuman behavior

Level 2 BMX coaching course about to be launched

personally i would say that you need to contact someone like BC about this

IIRC they don’t have a L2 BMX course yet but I could be wrong, you might be able to get away with some stuff under the generic L2 qualification (and there is one for teachers)

get the school then to pay for the course, your silver membership of BC and then charge a lower hourly rate

that way you are covered for insurance, can produce a risk assessment and have something to “structure” what you do

otherwise I can see issues due to you coaching unqualified and potentially without risk assessment etc should there be a serious accident.

not exacly definite is it? sounds like they are put it in the bid and are ready to cut it out again.

Hopes of developing a mountain bike course are also being explored.

Bury council is studying the terrain to see if it is suitable for mountain biking, and research is being undertaken to see if there is any demand.

The site is believed to be suitable because it would be on the national cycle route and the council has been encouraging mountain bike events in nearby Philips Park to gauge demand. The course could be open within two years if the feasibility study is positive.

its only got a 57cm top tube which is the basis of the problem, this is partly because its a track bike and the rider has usually a lower front position

most modern frames don’t go beyond 585/590 top tube (alledgedly due to tubing issues) I have an 853 gate (track frame) with a 61cm top tube but is old school geometry

UK maternity wards operate like air traffic control trying to ship people in and out, the system works until they are full because that starts a cascade as the diverted people fill the next one etc

if you need to use their facilities on a bad day you need to start to assess your situation and if you need to shout do so in a “non threatening” manner as they will be fire fighting

the rest of the care in maternity based on my ltd experience is very variable, a lot of the midwives seem to have lost their empathy and their ablility to properly hand over at the shift changeover. The midwives who did bother to smile and read the notes made a tremendous difference

I think he was testing the reserve, his bids ran out £20 below my last one and I was still below the reserve

    just looked odd

    anyway only winner was ebay

yes, but it seems odd that he is doing it so much when no-one else is bidding

he hasn,t he is possibly adding amounts to the original bid which is the highest at the moment

anyway I don’t know, it just seems odd that the original bidder keeps bidding in groups of three/ four

what amuses me is that no-one has a copy of what she actually said, nor the conversation before/after she said it

I’ve suffered people calling me a german, box head, nazi stormtrooper, german tank commander, nazi salutes etc for years including in the workplace. Should I have complained on the basis of (incorrect) racial sterotyping based on the colour of my skin and hair?

btw, if someone accused me of acting like a scouser I’d be offended

the 34 is five arm and lasts better, the 4 arm one doesnt support the larger sprockets well and they get damaged easier

aP, the big problem with tandems are the tires. You want something light and fast but they pop all the time. Paul Hunter became very good at steering a track tandem with a flat.

The big issue in our area is pad wear, the pads (no matter what make) do not seem to last very long compared to LX or XT with any sintered

in the end it was simple economics, the LX’s I put on instead have paid for themselves in reduced pad wear

    From the velodrome mailshot
There is new date for weekend accreditation. The one in December is sold out, so if you have a colleague who wants to gain accreditation, then details are on the website, and forms are available in reception, for April 4th & 5th. http://www.manchestervelodrome.com/static_info/new_sessions.htm
