My scandal comes in at 24.75 pounds. Not bad, but there's plenty of room for improvement in the forks :-) :-)

    ALWAYS Shimano.
If anyone tells you any different, you have my permission to kick them, as hard as you can, in the crotch. 8)

I've had two out on separate occasions and to be honest it's noting to worry about, no where near as bad as people say. 8)
    Good luck.

Rode it on sunday and was highly impressed, much better with propper way marking :D
Almost lost it on the slimy big dipper jobby, and thought the slab was great :D

Almost lost it on sunday in exactly the same place-there were centimetres in it. Almost wet myself

Don't bother getting a carbon post, but as long as you aren't doing too much damage (making it fray etc.) you should be alright.

Top car. Rear seats are VERY versatile (they face backwards/forwards, easy to take in/out). Safe, plenty of room, built well enough…

Only ever tried old XTR dual control, which was horific!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the box for the hubs it recomends XT or XTR, if thats any help. Generally, the more cogs on the carrier, the better.

Dont bother with the rimstrip, just use the yellow tape-I did on 355s with bonty mud x tyres and they inflated as if I was inflating with a tube!!!

TBH its quite involved and I think you need special tools therefore its probably an lbs job, since the frames are also quite expensive.

Denon AH-C551 get my vote-the sennhisers are good by I snapped mine while they were in my bag, but the denons are made of machined aluminium and are much more durable. They also sound better, with a better bass response and a clearer top end, and can be got for around £30 of ebay!!!!!!!

On a social networking site somebody posted ‘sh#t day’, and I pressed like. It later became apparent that his grandad had passed away

You might not appreciate this but the best advice I can offer you is to replace it with something better :D

Also, if you drove over it it’s probably more than just the screen that’s broken.

Media Monkey is the best by miles, especially if you’re starting a new collection. mp3tag is also very good.

New versions of handbrake don’t rip. I use DVD Decrypter, which works very well.

It’s three months since I broke straight through my radius and ulna, and had a plate put in. I’ve only just got back to gentle road riding. My biggest problem, once I had gotten over the long lasting stiffness in my wrist and elbow, was that I couldn’t get a strong enough grip on the bars and it was I couldn’t use the brake properly.

The best advice I can give you is to take it slow and let things get better/looser by themselves.
