As an American company they may try and run the whole thing based on American employment rights. If they break any UK rules/laws then you will probably end up going down the route of a settlement agreement. This is where ACAS can be a big help, but you need to register any potential âcomplaintâ within 3 months. Donât be scared to call them for free advice and register your potential complaint based on what they say.
