got my down-o-matic from purebike only a few days del. Fit is spot on (my nut suits giro xen)and is is very light. When riding at speed you can actually feel the air coming through the vents. If the fit of the enduro and dirt are the same I will get the full set.

my mate has a new version of that cristini

works pretty well in the snow but the open bevel gears at both ends are never going to last long.

thats with no shock I think, the black market killswitch is also along the same lines, would quite like one run ss for general woods playing.

an X type BB is from race face so will fit the Atlas. Shimano use the same BB axle diameter (or rather the shimano is the std). I also use an FSA crank and quite a few others are to this std.

I think it is only the FSA mega exo which is not the std external BB.

I should imagine BETD make something suitable, I have one of their 12mm axles on my alpine.

looks fine to me, i’m 6’3″ and ride a 18″ alpine 160 and a 17″ NS surge, so long as you knees don’t hit the bars when you are stood up pedalling it’s all good.

CC generaly recommend 30% sag, a bit more than normal so you may need a lower rate spring.

I watched the screening last night too, very nice visuals but as steve said lacking in actual riding, the early scene with the dude ripping along a singletrack was mint!

Vast was much more realistic riding(for me!)and as it was in europe seemed attainable.

nope it’s 2010, and the design is the same as 2008. underside of swimgarm.

on an Alpine I’d be more worried about the swingarm……
