Start from betws y coed head up to penmachno go towards cwm penmachno then over the top and down towards ffestiniog, you can climb up steep dead end road towards the manod quarry from here.
Back down the road and head over to the tanygrisiau power station at Blaenau ffestiniog you can climb up to the stwlan dam from here. Back down up to Blaenau pass antur stiniog on the way up the crimea pass back to betws.
Or an alternative have a look at the http://www.ffestiniog360.com charity sportive for a nice route or even better enter it

Had a set on my canyon spectral 2014 model i think.

Played around with air pressure extra oil etc just felt bad. I use the bike on a local DH track and the forks just dived and never rebounded.

After a while they went on e-bay and I got a set of nearly new pikes again from e-bay the upgrade cost about + £150

    Night and day performance

Quality looks ok for the price. Worth it for a few rides on a new £150k track not to far away.
Over 30 years since I last rode my burner !

Coed y Bernini has a good network of trail runs not to mention the obvious mob trails.
You can also run down the mawddach trail which is not far away or around trawsfynydd lake.
Llanberis also offers kayaking on the lake and you can run up snow don’t.

Have you tried low friction seals such as the ones from ft tuned, they have one less scraper ring and you have to change the oil in the lowers more frequently. Could improve small bump performance

Been thinking of the charge damper for my boxxer rc, what was the biggest difference ?

I agree with gelert, not worth £30 to be sitting in a big line of riders waiting to go down the MBR.
Goes through some nice areas though

If you take your big bike you will be fresher for longer, if you catch every uplift you can do more than 15 runs. As you will be fresher there is less chance of mistakes that everyone makes as the day draws on, which lead to injuries.
Looks like nice weather so the tracks will be super fast – Enjoy.

Tarw du is still good fun at CYB ,I raced there at the start of the year in the Welsh gravity Enduro.
I would do a day at CYB another day at The Marin Trail followed by Antur Stiniog

    Easy,
From the blaenau side go past the 30 mph turn sharp left, stay on the road and go under the bridge.
Stay on this Tarmac road it gets steeper as you go up towards manod quarry. Just as the Tarmac runs out take a right follow the track down towards a junction.
Turn right and head for an incline it’s steep and slippy, from here you can pick up a track that runs down through a small forest and through a disused quarry. Superb decent ( take spare tubes)
Not done it for a few years and not sure of the “status”

You could go over to Antur Stiniog up the road from CYB they have some DH bikes for hire as well as a few XC bikes.
Day of uplift on the Blue trails would be fun for a group

Depends on what you are after, I would not bother with 6×9’s. Stick in a nice sub.

This howver is out of this world, if you want to get into the science behind it google the creator he has a fantasic site.

Lucky he only broke his rim and did not run into anyone on the way down, crashing into walkers could have been fatal.

    Agree seriously misguided.

The voluntary ban was put into place possibly before he was born!!

Thanks to the work of the North Wales Mountainbike Association and Adrian Walls we can still ride the mountain.

I have been carrying out an executors role lately, about 3 months on still awaiting probate.
before any money is released I understand that all the accounts must be closed moneys owed paid including funeral expenses etc.
then of course the solicitors fees are taken out which leaves the final balance to be distributed divided up.

Agree most graphics are a personal taste thing.

Black windows on the side will make it look less like a work van and help get you on to campsites as some won’t let white vans in.

the rat look graphics above are superb though, must get some funny looks!

Check your floor boards around the pan, do you have carpet or vinyl. Could be a tiny leak around the joint behind the bend.
